Lf Visited Stephys Beauty Lounge yesterday for root touch up, blow out and flat iron. Yunise helped me to walk out a different lady than I went in. My color was matched perfectly. My hair was silky smooth and manageable again. Amazing job. Looking forward to my next visit there.

Toni M. Yovanna works magic! I’m beyond happy with the cut and dye I received a few weeks ago. I’ve never dyed my hair outside of the brown honey-brown and blonde tones, so I was a little uncertain coming into things. Yovanna helped me decide on what two shades of red might suit me and while I originally asked for a certain dye style, she suggested another (due to the kind of cut I wanted, showed me pictures, and voilà!). And while the color has faded slightly, I’m still pretty happy with what it’s turned into! As for the cut, just spectacular. I handed her a reference photo and she was able to replicate it with a few tiny adjustments to better accommodate my face shape and curl pattern and here we are! Pricing was fair and the salon itself was in great shape. The staff are all so friendly and really made me feel welcomed and as beautiful as can be walking out of there! Definitely would return. Update: Went back for a more vibrant color and of course Yovanna did a great job once again!

Danelle Kutner I’ve been going to Unalome Salon for months and I can’t recommend it enough! The owner and stylist, Jen, is an absolute genius when it comes to hair. Her talent and expertise are next level. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease in her beautifully designed and clean salon. It is a pleasure to be in her presence and she is very kind and compassionate. Jen is a true blonde specialist. She knows exactly how to achieve the perfect blonde shades, whether it’s platinum, honey shades or a soft and sun-kissed look. Her expertise with highlights, balayage and color blends is incredible, and she really takes the time to understand what your aesthetic is and what will look best. I left the salon with hair that not only looked stunning but also felt healthy and vibrant—something I’ve been missing for quite some time. The entire experience was top-notch, from the friendly staff to the calming atmosphere. I also saw Miranda for highlights twice and she is phenomenal! Funny, sweet and super talented. She did an amazing job and I highly recommend her. If you’re looking for someone who can elevate your hair game, look no further as Unalome has the best stylists in South Florida. I will definitely be a loyal client for years to come!

Enasha Anglade Id like to share my experience and results of my visit at Fusion salon. So I was recommended by a good friend to try this new Dominican spot to get my hair done for my baby shower. I dont like straightening my hair as I am 4c(?) Natural and Florida weather is so humid. This weekend in particular I wasnt even going to go because it had been raining all day and has been raining since (got my hair done September 22nd. Today is the 29th). So needless to say, natural hair getting straightened in rainy weather is no good. But I wanted to look nice for my baby shower even if it was going to be for one day. I asked the lady (Winnie) if there was any treatment I could do to make my hair last just a bit longer than usual. My hair was in horrible condition as u will see in the pictures. Super dry. Hadnt had a trim in over a year. Just left conditioner in it and would slick it back with gel and thats it. Pregnancy didnt help my hair (Im 8.5 months). It made it worse. So when she suggested the hair Botox I figured why not. It has been a while since I gave myself and my hair love so I decided to spend the extra money since I had done a bit of research on hair Botox anyway and wanted to try it out eventually. Winnie talked me through the whole process, educating me on the benefits and what it would do to my hair and how this was a better option compared to keratin (which I had tried in the past) since I am pregnant and it is chemical free. I was sold when she told me I wouldnt lose my natural hair texture. It would just have less of the dry frizz because my cuticles would be nourished and it would be locked in and sealed. I am so happy I decided on going with her suggestion. She had to reassure me a few times that the end result would be worth the questionable in-between I saw in the mirror. But, a week later and my hair is as silky and straight as it was when I left the salon. Humidity and rain and all. Obviously I am not wetting my hair. I put a bonnet cap on at night. I havent even wrapped it once. Not even the night of though she suggested I did. I cant stop touching my hair. Just like Winnie said would happen. I play with my hair all the time. I feel like a white girl fresh from the salon. No offense. But for a black girl to feel that way when just last week her pregnancy mane was a dry and tangled mess amidst rainy and humid Florida weather means a BUNCH. IDK how my hair would have faired with a regular blowout but I know this hair Botox is the truth. I am a bit eager to see if my hair really will go back to my regular natural hair when I finally wet it (just healthier of course) so thatll be the tell tale sign that this hair Botox is legit. But at this point what Winnie has told me has held true so I have faith that this isnt a relaxer in disguise. If youre looking for a good Dominican spot to get ur hair done in the area, give this place a try. Especially if you want to try the hair Botox thats been gaining popularity. You wont be disappointed. Mind you, I have NEVER written a review before and I had to let some time go by to make sure this was worth the time. And it is. I approve. And I will be back for my protein treatment. Suggested by Winnie. And I knew I needed one. Thats how I know shes not lying to me just to get more money in her pocket. She knows her hair. Fyi the last three pictures are of my hair today. I showed my car window to prove its been raining and how fabulous my hair still looks. Oh also, I havent put a flat iron to my hair once since last week. Not even for a touch up. I just take my black bonnet cap off, flip my hair to the side, maybe, then walk out the door. Edit: pictures uploaded funny but the pics of me in the car in the pink are the ones of my hair today.

I’ve had my hair colored by her twice and each time it came out beautiful and my hair never falls out after it’s dyed. I would definitely recommend Zaria hair salon.

exproskier You cant get a better haircut, especially for $10 bucks. Family owned and operated with a great staff. All barbers know how to cut properly. Quick, clean, and easy on the budget. Cant stand those pretentious salons charging $35 and $45 for mens cuts. Its like Starbucks charging $4.50 for COFFEE!! (And by the way, Cuban coffee steps away for $1.25) !! Do yourself a favor and visit these guys! And the money you save... have dinner with your kids! -Greg
