1 /5 susan turner: Left the office crying. I have a chipped front tooth. Went in to get fixed, but ended up going through all the xrays and usualy crap. At the end of all that I thought they were going to fix my tooth. I understand I needed other things done, but my tooth needed immediate attention. My insurance pays for regular cleanings, but because they have a deal with my insurance company I guess they dont get paid as much as they want, so they would not do any work whatsoever until I paid over $200 for a deep cleaning. I explained to them that I am not paying anything that my insurance will not cover and they just sat there staring at me and refused to try and work with me. I ended up leaving in tears. A friend of mine when through the exact same thing at another aspen dental. So this tells me they just want you to make more money out of you. Oh and they wanted me to buy this really expensive toothbrush... They do not care about their patients, they are just out for the money...

5 /5 Juan Eduardo Carrion Ramos: First time on Aspen Dental of Ormond Beach located at 1298 West Granada Boulevard . Great customer service from the beginning of my appointment until the end. They took their time to explain to me everything that I needed to get done. They understood that I needed some accommodations for the time of my appointments. They offered a way for me to get the cost of my treatment that it was not covered by my insurance way easier. Very happy with their service.

1 /5 Janice Bontempo: I had an exam, and they gave me the bill to have all my work done for my teeth They told me if I pay $4000.00 that my insurance was excellent and it will cover everything else. So i paid the $4000.00 and had the work done which my new dentist said they overcharged me for everything. Now they are saying my insurance didnt really cover much and I owe over $3000.00 dollars omg they didnt do over $7000.00 worth of work in my mouth. Also an x employee informed me that they are told to tell all their patients that they have great insurance and get them to sign the work up bill because it states whatever the insurance doesnt pay the patient is responsible to pay. This is so misleading and what a scam they are running We sign up to have the work done and they come back at us to pay because they know before hand what and what not the insurance will cover

5 /5 Karren Hannon: First time there, so, so far I find all the staff very friendly and professional. I go back next week, so well see how it turns out. The office and staff are also very helpful and caring. The facility is clean and neat, which is refreshing.
