Kelly Kinsey I woke up this morning, looked at my nails and smiled. Chasity surpassed all expectations. If you are searching for absolute perfection; if you expect to leave the chair with nails that you love to look at, that turn heads, that feel good - if you have the opportunity to become a client - DO IT. Chasity came highly recommended through a colleague of a colleague. Since I had not seen her work first hand I was going to wait to see my colleagues nails before making an appointment; however, I began my due diligence, got the answers I needed and immediately booked. She is truly an artist who loves her craft. She delivers perfection and quality. I have spent just over a year in search of a new nail tech after having been with my previous one for well over 10 years (about 13 ish). One of the hardest parts of moving is having to leave loved ones behind and I loved my previous maintenance providers. If you have the opportunity to become a client, just do it.

Amanda McGowan *****Edit**** Cynthia reached out to me, went above and beyond and fixed my nails. She did an amazing job and showed that she cares about the quality and experience her customers receive. Updated pictures added as well. :) Usually I have a great experience here, but today the gentleman doing my nails couldn’t fidget out how to keep the tip of mg acrylic nails straight. Pointed it out multiple times just to end up with nails of all different lengths and multiple still crooked. I just had to stop trying to point things out because nothing was getting better. And the flower designs I asked for ended up just being lines for pedals. Super unfortunate to spend the amount we do on our nails to look beautiful just to have a frustrating experience and not love your nails afterwards. Feeling helpless when trying to explain what you’re seeing wrong. Unsure if I will be returning after today’s set. What I wanted vs what I got pictures attached.

Jennifer Kremer WOW! I just had the most amazing facial by Iris! Her hands were so warm, which felt amazing and the massage throughout was INSANE! I felt so relaxed and my skin is glowing! I will definitely schedule with her again! 5 Star Service!

Kayla Medlin Stephanie was absolutely lovely. I got toe polish and a manicure and my friend got a pedicure. She made the whole experience so personal and lovely and she really took her time to make sure everything was perfect for us. They go above and beyond for you here and make the whole experience feel like a spa day instead of a rushed manicure or pedicure. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back soon! Thank you Stephanie for everything!

Michelle Ceballos Had my appointment last week and I have still been feeling so relaxed I forgot to post my review! From the moment you step inside the Salty Mermaid you feel as though you have left the world behind. Right here in our little town of Titusville. I had a magnificent facial and my skin has never felt so happy! If you are looking for an amazing Spa this is where you need to go. If I had extra thumbs it would definitely be more than 2 thumbs up! I will most definitely be going back.
