M L Not sure what the others are on about, but went on a Saturday and the front office medical receptionists were extremely kind, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. Were able to assist with medical insurance and uncommon situation. Definitely recommend this medical facility. Will bring my family here as needed as well.

janet holley Dr Kolmetz is great! Takes the time to listen to you and has the best bedside manner! I couldn’t ask for a better primary! I for one love a doctor who spends time with you and is truly concerned about your well being and like you matter and just not a number or a patient he sees. His office staff is wonderful and very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend him ! He is the best and so is his office staff !

Joan Rogers The best. Has been my doctor for many years. Moved to Texas for 4 years. Came back to Dr. Christopher. She cares about her patients. She listens . And believe me thats a rare quality this day and time.

Stefani Gilbert The staff were wonderful like always. Nurse came in and was sweet and understand of my embarrassment. Doctor was very thorough when it came to making sure he ruled out everything that could have been wrong. The gentleman in registration was amazing! Very sweet, thoughtful and came back to my room a few times to make sure I had everything I needed. I believe his name was Joseph. He definitely deserves a gold star!

Rose Keith Was seen and taken care of by CNM Alexcia Pennell. Great experience. Had a little bit of trouble with calling the front desk and getting scheduled as they kept putting me on hold to wait but would hang up the phone was Im waiting. Then I would call back to be put on hold again. Once they talked to me, they were able to help me to get scheduled, but it was a good 30 minutes of waiting.

Christina Armstrong I absolutely love it here!!! Their staff is wonderful and I have been so happy with my all results. I get really nervous about trying anything new and they all have taken the time to educate and make me feel comfortable. I trust Lindsay and Kristy with my life! They always know exactly what I am looking to achieve.

Jennifer Cain Every time I go I have received nothing but the absolute best care. The receptionist is such a sweet heart. She always returns my calls in a timely fashion. She gives me all the info I need whenever I ask..I never get the "run around". The nurse there that does the triage is also very kind. Theyre quick and thorough. I couldnt be happier with the care I receive there. Dr. Moussa is always quick and straight to the point. Very helpful.

Danielle Brooks I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. I have been seeing Shirley Blanco at this location and she is absolutely amazing! She takes the time and listens to all my concerns. If I need a referral or medication she is on top of it ASAP. I have been battling my health for two years now and she has been there every step of the way! I highly recommend seeing her. She deserves 10 stars! Hands down the BEST.

Lala Great establishment, must say. They were fast to get an appointment set up and I was in and out in half an hour for a biopsy. Amazing. Other places will do the, "must come in for initial exam then come back for a follow up for the procedure" nonsense. All that does is cost you more money in gas and co-pay and they get money for 2 service fees. Tricky tricky. But here they get the procedure done in the first visit. Cudos. The back patient room and the waiting room were all clean. I seen absolutely nothing that stuck out here which is good because Im very attentive to medical uncleanliness. For their phone number, it is to the actual office building and not to a call center. A lot of the time call centers cant answer certain medical questions like what can and cant be done there and if it can be done at the first visit. Its refreshing that the number is to the office and not a call center so if you have any questions you can ask them directly and not get a potentially wrong answer.

Hutto Cassandra “Cassie” Just had my first visit and it went extremely well. The front office was very pleasant and helpful. They helped with my insurance company to get me right in to see the doctor. The prior place I was trying to get seen at (since Dec of 2024) kept canceling due to problematic scheduling and office staff. It was a nightmare. I havent learned everyone’s name yet but Im sure I will. The Dr is very nice and was helpful, Im extremely hopeful and looking forward to my next appointment
