CJ and the team went above and beyond for me when I was looking to purchase a car and needed to get pre purchase inspections done. I wasn’t able to go to the dealership myself and CJ was amazing in making sure he did a thorough inspection and researching the car for me. Terry Turl I am a Canadian senior on a motorcycle trip from Toronto around the southern states. My bike wouldnt start in Fort Lauderdale. Called Car Doctor and they responded immediately telling me to bring in the battery asap for testing and possibly charging. Mike met me at the door, I handed him my battery. Turns out it was flatter than piss on a platter. Mike put it on charge and I picked it up early the next morning. Mike hooked it up to his meter to show me the battery fully charged. When I asked how much I owed him, he shook his head and said, nothing. Wow. He wouldnt take any money. Great guy with a wonderful attitude. I put it in my bike and I am back on the road. Thanks Mike for your service and generosity.

Belinda Harvey Felt comfortable with their diagnostic. I was impressed of their honesty and professionalism. The diagnostic was explained (computer reading shown) and a breakdown of cost was shown as well. I felt comfortable that they were being honest with their diagnostic. I’ve had bad experiences, 3 to be exact before coming to Rothe’s so I know what I am talking about. They never pushy to make me have the repair done with them. But they exactly determined what the issue was. Luckily the issue is a recall with the vehicle’s maker (Mike, with Rothe’s even told me). So I didn’t have to have Rothe’s do the repair work. That’s how honest they are. God bless you guys and keep getting more referrals as they are a very reliable repair shop. I will definitely continue doing business with them.
