My estimate was done right at my appointment time and done in less than an hour with a reasonable repair quite and a full breakdown of parts labor. Definately professional and great customer service

Isaiah Gallimore Tommy’s is run by a great family with good values. Went in for a check-up, oil change, and a diagnostic. The price for the work was given to me up front before any work was done which was GREAT. The service was friendly and informative. The service was also done promptly and I was able to get my car back on the same day. Even though the diagnostic revealed extra issues, those issues were thoroughly explained and next steps were given. This is a place where I know I won’t get cheated. Honest reliable work is done here. I will surely be back.

J Hairrington These Guys are AMAZING!!! We were at the Gainsville Dragway for a race, and our RV slides stopped working. We took our slide motor unit to these guys and they had it repaired within an hour. They made, what could have been a disaster, a pleasant experience. On top of it all, the price they charged for the repair was a lot less than what I was expecting. Thank you Guys for everything!!! 5 stars all the way!!

Brad OHara I have an Explorer that was jerking on acceleration. Before taking to Dad’s I had 2 mechanics and two Ford dealerships. None of them could fix it. One suggested $6,000 transmission. My brother-in-law said go see his guy who has kept his Explorer running for nearly 500,000 miles. Well long story short he diagnosed the problem and my vehicle is running like a top! I have a new mechanic. They were very honest and saved me a ton of money.

Tim Turnmire I was traveling from NC to Anna Maria Island alone with 6 kids/teens, when my son’s alternator went out at 4:00 on a Saturday. Phil came out and had us back on the road in a few hours at a very reasonable price. He was very friendly, professional, and was determined to get us fixed so we could continue our journey. A Newsharm Needed a nail removed from my tire and a plug. I called ahead and they said to come in. 15min later I was there and 15more minutes then I was on my way. Very happy with the job done right and no run around. I would definitely reccomend this place to others.
