Dee Miller This is an update to my last review. We still love our San Jose location. In fact, we went today. What incredible thing happened today?? They know my husband has Dementia..so they take EXTRA special care of him. Are super Super kind and patient. They come up with creative ways to help him understand what they need. The appointments take longer. They NEVER complain. Teresa, Dr. Chavis, Dr. Jung, Jeannette. The other lovely young lady up front with the long dark hair. Super sweet. Honestly..every single person there has been kind. I am so grateful. They provide dentistry from the heart. Highly Highly recommend ❣❣❣

Macy Muratore Everyone was so wonderful! I just received new insurance and Tara from the front desk helped me figure out the next steps. The woman who did my x-rays was so kind and gentle. The dentist was very professional and made me feel welcomed. The hygienist was very friendly and knew exactly how to get all the angles. A very quick and easy dental experience!

Steve Thomas The receptionists acknowledged us immediately upon us coming into the facility. The medical care providers are very informative regarding who, what, when, and why. The Doctor has great patient interacting manners.

Allison-Kay Ruddock Switched to Ideal Dental this year. I have had my X-ray and clean and sealants placed here. The staff here is so kind. They are very personable. On time with all my appointments. The dentist and hygienist thoroughly explain every step of the process. The office is clean and aesthetically pleasing.

marie Pickens Dr. Anderson and her staff are so nice. They make you feel like a family. On my last visit I started having heart palpitations and they were so concerned about me they made sure that I stayed until they were sure I could drive. They wanted to take me but I assured them I was ok! Thanks again to an amazing staff.

Delilah Harrison I have been going here for 4 years now and every experience has been wonderful! Staff are all so sweet and welcoming, the facility is clean, and the dentist is very knowledgeable. They have worked with me on numerous occasions to help me get the work I need done for teeth in a timeframe and budget I can manage and give me realistic expectations regarding what needs to be urgently done, versus when timing is better for me. All the dental hygienist are so sweet and do a wonderful job. Also, the dental plan they have for people with no dental insurance has been HUGE for me the last 4 years, I finally have true dental insurance and will still continue to use them. I have recommended other friends to this practice and will continue to do so.
