Paulette Boyer Being new to the area I needed to find a new hair stylist. I decided to try Lorenzo’s because the reviews were so good. I was not disappointed. I was greeted cheerfully when I came in and was taken back for service with no wait. Lauren evaluated my hair; its health, texture and volume, and recommended a cut that would work well for me. She did an excellent cut and showed me how to style it. I got a mani/pedi too. Clara did a very thorough and good job and was very conscientious. All the staff seemed warm and welcoming.

I started going to her when she was at Studio Gabriel and couldn’t be happier for her now that she has opened her beautiful new salon, Avanti. She is experienced, really good at what she does, pays attention to what you want, and makes me feel like a million bucks every time I leave her. She has also become a friend (and probably knows more of my secrets than my husband!). Her other stylists are equally great. If you want a professional, up-to-date clean, caring, experienced, super salon on the island, this is the place!

She knew exactly what to do even though I probably struggled a bit trying to articulate what I wanted. She took her time and made me feel like a priority. I needed my hair colored and cut for my wedding so suffice to say I was a bit nervous. However, I was so happy with the work that she did, I would recommend her to anyone.
