5 /5 Michelle Richards: What a treat! Every detail of this place was amazing. The rooms, casino, shops, all very clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The bedding was extra comfy, especially the pillows. The shower! We have been on vacation for about 4 days and this shower is my favorite so far! The buffet was a bit different then I am used to but it was delicious, there are so many options. Something for everyone! The best though, was the dessert area! So many options, I couldnt eat them all! I would stay here again, and hope to!

5 /5 Peggy Brown: Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino was fantastic! The entire property is vibrant, clean, and full of energy. The casino floor has a huge selection of games, and the atmosphere is exciting without being overwhelming. The staff were friendly and professional, making sure we felt welcomed from check-in to check-out. Rooms were modern, comfortable, and had that cool Hard Rock flair with music memorabilia everywhere. Dining options were excellent, and the live entertainment made the experience even more memorable. Can’t wait to come back!

4 /5 Richard Chapman: Its a hotel and casino. So there are some expectations of course. That said that only complaint was the smoky atmosphere because you can smoke inside. The hotel and casino are beautiful. Everyone was super nice and the service they provided was top notch. The pool and spa are were really nice as well. Plenty of ways to relax as well as gamble. Lowest betting amounts in the table games I saw was $15/hand. I didnt like how roulette every chip is $5 and the net minimum is $5. This is not just on the outside. Also, I like to play columns and they took that away because of the payout amount. It wasnt worth it to play them. Hard Rock Cafe was very good and the staff was amazing. They made a special occasion even more special. Destiny was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Of course because this is a hard Rock there is music memorabilia everywhere. You can come here just to see that and spend nothing!

5 /5 Valadou: A Must See if your in the area! Always a great place, always open! MUST TRY THE GRIND CAFE , delicious gelato, coffees, and the most beautiful artisan cakes and sweet treats! They removed food court so the wait is long for noodle bar or anywhere else so reservations are a must! The Council Oak is top notch fine dining. They could use a few more places in my opinion , Buffet is not like it used to be. The noodle bar is awesome but it is so small hold up to 50! Always a line 3 hour wait or so , it is good but just to long of a wait unless its like 3 am! Need more security in the Parking Garage ! Pretty busy on the weekends which is nice but they need more Wait Staff around the machines on casino floor, takes almost a half hour to find someone to order a drink when it is a busy night! I am a Unity Member and I visited on my Birthday and I went to claim a gift at the players club and they said they stopped giving out Birthday Gift/free plays. I did not even receive the cupcake delivery like they usually do when its your birthday. I was disappointed because as a Unity Member I should have received a gift as promised.

4 /5 Life is good: First time at this casino and we had a lot of fun. I love that they have a non smoking section but not sure they had a variety of slot machines. I did miss the Lumber Jack machine but over all we came out winning and enjoyed our time there. We also enjoyed seeing the vintage wardrobe of all the famous singers and Elviss piano.
