Vincent Lepore Never in my life have I been treated as poorly as Personal Physician Care has treated me. I called to refill my albuterol inhaler for asthma which I have suffered from my entire life. Every single month I have to call and have the same prescription authorized after asking them to extend it multiple times, which they promised they would, but never did. They say their hours are 8-5, but they close down and turn on the answering service every day around 4:20pm. When I finally got a hold of someone, she informed me that to continue receiving my inhaler, I need to visit the Dr every six months or they will refuse to fill it. I have suffered from asthma for over 25 years and never in my life has that been a requirement, asthma is not something that can be cured or treated with an office visit. It’s very clear they want to collect copays as much as possible and do NOT care about their patients. I was told by Lisa that it’s MY fault I can’t get my prescription filled because I didn’t come in, when she was the first person to tell me this was required. I asked for documentation on the policy, which she couldn’t provide. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, this place values money over people and treats you like a number. I’ve spent over 2 hours each month trying to coordinate a refill of a simple asthma inhaler. Never in my life have I been so disrespected by supposed “professionals” I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Florida State Health Department on this matter.

Alex Talarico I call to review my labwork because it appeared to be a mistake or inaccuracy and for the few minutes to call and discuss this I was charged a consult and sent a bill. As a courtesy to a repeat patient if the call is a simple "hey whats up w this, could it be inaccurate?" I would not expect a full on consultation bill.

Alpha Sports Go elsewhere, since HCA has taken over this practice has gone to hell. Phones arent answered , rings out to a fax machine half the time. 99.9% of employees have n awful attitude, if you like a doctor or nurse enjoy the time you have with them because this place is a revolving door , new employees every time n they all are so rude. Dr takes 48 hours to refill medication , its awful .

Lori F Zero stars if I could. AVOID HCA LIKE THE PLAGUE. HCA was convicted of Medicare fraud in the 80s under Rick Scott and had to pay $1.7 billion in fines. Dont understand why they continued to operate after that criminal offense but they do. I had been a patient at Heart and Health Institute that consisted of both primary care and cardiology for maybe 20 years. I was happy and their services were excellent. Then HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) took over Heart and Health, both primary care and cardiology. I saw Dr. Guisto who passed shortly after the takeover and since have seen Dr. Mahmood. I also saw Dr. Garfield, cardiologist. Their pricing changed, they made up rules that a visit had to be 15 minutes or less. They became almost unresponsive when called and everyone I talked to seemed miserable. Then Dr. Garfield got fired for not agreeing to their ludicrous rule for 15 minute visit limitations with patients. Before they fired him though, they took his office away just to humiliate and hammer in the nails of their ideology. I continued to see Dr. Mahmood despite that. Well, Havent seen doctor Mahmood this year yet in person. Had one televisit which went well. Last week I tried to make an appointment with him for an issue. Couldnt get through on the phone. Just rings through to vm no matter what time of day. Left various voice mails. Never got a return call. So I logged into the portal and used the messaging service. No response. Since Ive been using the same number I found that another physician in the group, Dr. E. Sabates had a different phone number. So I called it and after a very long wait they finally answered. I asked to make an appointment with Dr. Mahmood. She took all my information and asked what I needed to see him for. I told her. I also said I logged into the portal and messaged that I need a prescription refill that was never answered. She continued asking questions. It was a strange conversation and finally I asked about the refill and the appointment. Then she said Dr. Mahmood quit. I was thinking best thing he ever did and then thought it weird that she didnt just say that in the beginning. But then she asked if I wanted to see another doctor there. Dr. M is my primary. I asked why no one replied to my messages or voice mail to tell me he was gone. Her reply "Well we have over 300 patients and we cant call everyone back." HMM, thought that was your exact job. Well, now its over 299 after that response! This isnt how healthcare is supposed to work. But maybe HCA, youre still paying back the $1.7 billion in fines. Keep up the 15 minute visits so you can nickle and dime every insurance company in Florida every day.

Waited for 1 hour for the appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance and having a 5-minute session with a doctor paying $170, not having all of the questions answered and the doctor literally escaped saying goodbye and leaving some questions unanswered

Debbie R Horrible! 11:15 appointment but didnt get in until 1:10 (12:30 came and they all took a lunch break with patients still waiting). Bathroom not clean. Room had bodily fluid from previous patient still on the floor - clean up with a spin mop!

cristin yaccarino I would send any of my family here. There was barely a 10 minute wait, I was seen so quickly I was shocked. The doctors and nurses were so good to me. I wound up having 3 broken ribs, they made me comfortable in every way. Very clean environment and didnt leave feeling worried about anything. Thank each and everyone of you all for what you do. Keep up the good work!

Kerri Nowak Dad’s been in and out of the hospital for years, so we’ve been to many hospitals over the years, and Imperial Point has been the best by far. Every staff member- doctors, nurses, maintenance, cafeteria- are kind and helpful. I’m not sure how administrators achieved such a positive climate, but they should be commended. Even the elevators are fast yet smooth. I’m trying to find one point of criticism to balance this review, but I’m at a loss to find anything they could improve on. I guess it would be to get a place like this in my home city.

Viktoriia Vernikov Ive been taken my 10 year old son to this office for 3 years now. I am happy with services they provide. No complaints. We saw Dr. James Kenneth, Dr. Christina Urena , Dr. Ray Acevedo. All of the doctors are amazing people and specialists.

Analia R Excellent service, the doctors are professional and care the patient, my children go to Pediatrics associates since born , I tried to find always the same doctor they know or at least remember my babies, more than 10 years I go to the same company, I am very happy with pediatrics associates. I always go to the Hollywood for Dr Liza Ayuso but sometimes for Dr Ray Acevedo, she recommends him long time ago and still follows him because he care, is professional and excellent Dr as Dr Liza Ayuso.

Rosemarie Wallace Ive never had a doctors visit where I didnt feel rushed or felt like they didnt care about me. But this was so different. Dr Janice Borrows is amazing - she was so attentive and patient. The nurses are also amazing and they actually booked my follow up appointment for 2 other doctors for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctors office

Willa Lareche Dr. Durand and Carbon (front desk) are amazing! What a duo! They are friendly, patient, and accommodating. In a country that has terrible medical standards, I felt the doctor was passionate about her work and really doing this to make a positive difference, and the office energy is that of a traditional family practice. It’s easy to feel that I will be her patient for life, and that’s rare to say these days. She takes a whole picture approach to practice which I think is the only way to practice effective medicine. Thanks for instilling faith in good health practice again! ☺️ I will be telling everyone I know.

Lizbet Perez On January 16th I had my baby boy at this hospital. It was a pleasant experience and I am very grateful to everyone. From the preparation and guidance for my cesarean section to the last day after being in my postpartum room. All the nurses were very kind and always very concerned about my recovery and care. Both of my newborn and my companion regardless of the language. They help you to understand each other through a translator. Also the anesthesia and cesarean staff. Thank you. Doctors, etc. Also thanks to the head chef, very kind and I do not like the food in hospitals but I loved this hospital!! Thank you also because my companion was also offered food. The rooms that I had, good hygiene, also, the cleaning lady came by every day. I recommend this hospital. They know how to do their job.

Kwik P Gee I hate reading bad reviews for such an excellent Dr and a wonderful,professional and very courteous staff- from reception to administrative.It makes me wonder if these people can ever be pleased with anything,expected to get a same day appt or are just miserable and love to complain Someone always answers the phone unlike other offices that go through Central scheduling,if they cannot & you leave a msg your call is returned in a timely manner- if this wasnt so Id be elsewhere despite the fact he is a top cardiologist in Broward County Youre not kept waiting to be seen because they schedule properly and not 3patients at a time every 15 minutes and thats why you may not get an immediate appt. If your need is urgent to see a cardiologist then you need to go to ER!!!

Brian Herzig Dr. Rondino is as real as they get. He’s a matter of fact, with great bed side manner. I’ve suffered from anxiety for years, often having horrible rapid heart and palpitations. Often wondering if it’s afib or worse. He takes the time to examine, run proper tests and makes me realize it’s just my anxiety. It helps me immensely and he doesn’t treat me like it’s all my imagination. He’s helped me for years in a kind and caring way. His staff is friendly and accommodating. You actually talk with a person, like it use to be. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Rondino and his entire staff.

Nit Hit Although I praise, holy cross orthopedic surgeons and most of their surgeons there internist have a lot to be desired. I’ve had four appointments canceled at the last minute. I’ve had one appointment with the doctor didn’t show up the bottom line is I just rather not deal with them . My surgeon for Dr. Burke, great guy and Dr. Levine another good guy. Older people don’t have the luxury of being able to just jump in the car and come in and see your doctors half of them have to get rides. They can’t see they can’t hear it’s just quite clear that you don’t care very much about elderly people.

Sean M Jonas Hospital / medical office staff is great. They have a really good attitude. The issue is almost all of the Doctors offices over-schedule patients resulting in very long wait times to the point that some patients leave and cannot wait. There is a feasible limit to how many patients should be scheduled in a day.... people wait months for the appointment.

Irina Help Center I had a great experience since we came in to ER at West Boca Medical Center. Our nurse Paul was very caring, professional and went of his way to help us and do everything he could. Then we went to Telemetry floor, nurces Evelina and Mary took a great care of us, making us feel very cozy. Also, they helped us with every request and question we had. What also helped is that Evelina spoke our language and she could understand everything in details. The view from the window outlooking water is very calming and Beautiful. A M I recently had a C-section ( 17Feb -110) and I cant say enough about the incredible staff who made this difficult journey comfortable for me. Cassie, who was with me in OR and recovery room was exceptional. She was kind attentive to my needs and ensured that I felt comfortable every step of the way. Once I moved to postpartum care, it was Kellie, Sara, Lacy, Paige, Toumasha that I would like to thank and I feel so grateful for the compassionate care I received. All of the nurses truly made my birthing experience a positive one. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a supportive and caring environment for their journey into parenthood.

Lorraine H I’m glad glad people having their babies are having a good experience at this hospital. Hopefully you’ll never have to take your elderly parents there, especially, if they are of color. My father was taken there, was left in the waiting room too long, then it was 10 days of them just trying to shut me up. All of the questions that you ask the doctors, they look at you like you’re stupid and get annoyed. We are the ones paying the doctors, the doctors are not paying us. Worst Hospital ever for any elderly person.

Claudia DuBois Absolutely horrible follow-up. Call the office and placed immediately on hold for 5-10 minutes. Have waited for a week for Capsule Endoscopy results for internal bleeding. Despite numerous calls requesting results, still no call from the Doctor. Called again today, the girl that answered the phone said "the Doctor is at the Hospital". When I asked her which hospital she said she didnt know and could not page him. As I sit in the ER, he could be right here. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Harold Rosen for all of the obvious reasons.

jim johnson I had an appointment today at 1pm and got there at 12:40. At 12:55 the receptionist called me to the window and said your appointment was cancelled. I said why would you cancel it and she said I did. I said I didn’t cancel any appointment and the last appointment I had they said their software had a glitch and they apologized. The receptionist was not nice and they rescheduled me to March. The cardiologist is nice and thorough but they need help at the reception desk. I’m a doctor myself and work by appointment and I keep my appointments. I will keep my March appointment in respect of the cardiologist and I don’t play games with appointments. Dr. Jim Johnson

He put me on a schedule for procedures and updated my medications. Dr. Sheikh was my cardiologist while I was in the hospital for 2 weeks and I knew I was in the best hands. Alfrado Lightbourne My BCFHC are like family. They’re always going above and beyond to ensure their patients receive the best care. The experience from the time you enter until departure is phenomenal. Great Staff, hardworking, and professional. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

Olivia Smith Last week they ghosted me for my appointment and put me back on the bottom of the list. I rescheduled for a month out but found another provider in the mean time. Now they are clearly ghosting me when I just want to cancel (well, and find out why they sent me a $30 bill after refunding my appointment). If you dont HAVE to go here, dont - lots of other options! Or at least go to another office.

Mitchell Fine The staff at the ER was attentive, caring and concerned when I arrived just before midnight with uncontrollable bleeding from a surgery on my ear earlier in the day at my dermatologist. Wound was cleaned and bleeding was stopped. Sent home after a couple of hours. Got to my dermatologist later that morning. If you need an ER, recommend Northwest highly.

Wendi Castillo I arrived at the ED on 2/21 at around 11:15pm with a bleeding head wound, severe head pain, nausea, dizziness and light sensitivity after a fall. I was immediately bandaged up to stop the bleeding and sat in the waiting room for about an hour and a half. I was moved to a room in the ED where they addressed my head wound. Two people couldnt find the staple gun so instead they used surgical glue and the hair approximation technique to address my wound. I laid in the room for another 2 and a half hours waiting for a CT scan which finally when someone came in, they said they couldnt find me because they were looking in the waiting room. The CT scan showed a possible brain bleed so I was admitted to monitor it. Seems to me for a possible brain bleed I shouldnt have been waiting 4 hours to discover that, given other cases in the waiting room didnt appear to be as urgent.

Doug Front office here are some of the kindest and most loving people ever. Helped us get supplies needed to bandage up injury and directed us to nearest urgent care. Would love to have as PCP if I lived around area!

Missy Witt Stopped by first time and let polite staff know I needed a form signed for a sport. Most walk in places are around $70... when she said $150 for new patients, they kindly inquired for me if this was a one time visit, thats the cost. The doctor was loud behind the door and said "well she can go somewhere else!!!!". Overheard him and staff mumbled how uncomfortable it was to tell me so I left.
