Merline Davis I just had a total right hip replacement surgery. And it was great. Pain was minimal. Staff was amazing and the rooms are a plus. I only stayed overnight but the nurses tending to my care made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Charlotte Maier I spent two nights at the brand new Horizon West Hospital with cardiac issues. The staff: from doctors to aides, and especially the nurses, were professional and caring. They all took great care of me, answered all of my questions, and helped me recover quickly. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, and clean. I have been in other hospitals that were noisy and cramped! I received excellent medical treatment from the staff at Horizon West.

Susan McCoy The staff at Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute are very helpful. They are very efficient and they are also very caring. I do not have a problem going there to have testing done because Im in and out, which I am very grateful for because you can not get time back once it is come and gone. So, thank you.

From walking through the doors with security, being greeted at the front desk, to be taken back to the medical team, I have always been impressed The customer care, the listening ear, and the timeline in which everything is taken care of is impressive. Each physician I have common in contact with along with the care team( assistance and technicians) Have been patient and educated. Thank you so much for taking care of the community!

Ashley Sanchez This was my second go around having a delivery at Winnie Palmer and it was absolutely amazing. I did have a c-section due to having breech twins and I will tell you that it was scary but the team that took care of me was so lovely. They all were amazing and I couldn’t have asked for better. All the nurses from start to finish took care of me so well and my babies. I had one nurse that stood out to me the most and it was Mary! She was so amazing. She was so concerned for me and made sure I was taken care of and her partner Lauren was also super nice. Everyone was great but Mary just made me very comfortable. Even the leaving process was great. I had my first baby in 2020 and between now and then it’s a total change. I recommend anyone to have their baby here.

Nat R The best hospital experience I have ever had hands down. Words a not fully describe how kind and supportive the entirety of the staff was. From the wonderful doctors and nurses to the cafeteria staff, through and through they were all just so wonderful. I felt safe and taken care of on my entire week of staying at this hospital. When dealing with the emotions and stress of childbirth it’s important to know the nurses and doctors around you are there for you and will take care of all your needs and I truly felt like that. I thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart. Bless them all.

angel laporta Has to stay at Orlando health south lake with my son for seizures. Let me start by saying we’ve been here for two days. Literally ALL the staff has been amazing , from the administration to the nurses, drs, even the nutrition staff that brings meals , CHRIS, IAN, just to mention a couple were super sweet UNTIL THIS MORNING!!! We encountered SHELLY!! This woman, she’s an RN , came in this moving, was rude, disrespectful to me telling me that she will give my son his medicine when she feels fit and that he’s not the only patient she has and this is because I asked her to give his meds. She went on to tell me that she was not going to allow me to dictate how she was going to do her job! I’m not sure if she’s not feeling well or just having a bad day but she was so ride and disrespectful that I had to get the charge nurse to remove her from the room!! As I said everyone else has been so sweet, kind, accommodating, going above and beyond my expectations. Until SHELLY happened!! This woman does not belong in healthcare, has a terrible bedside manner and should be reprimanded for the way she treated me!! Would have given 5 stars until this morning

brendahu10 My check in upon arriving to the Emergency Room was fast and easy. I was called back and seen right away. The nurses, PA and Dr was very helpful, patient and empathetic to my situation and did all they could to help me. My over all experience at South Lake Orlando Health Hospital was a positive one and I would not hesitate to go back if there ever was a need.

Tim Williams Service was quick saw the nurse practitioner once and did not see her or a doctor again. I was released by the nurse she could not give any answers to my questions regarding my condition she did Not have answers. Just to follow up with my orthopedic and take medication. I felt like my condition matter at first but then because it was not urgent it went through the cracks. Everyone on the staff was friendly and kind I love Orlando Health but it would have been nice to follow up after my CT scan to speak to a doctor

César Sánchez I was referred to Dr. Phillips Hospital due to symptoms of extremely high blood pressure. My experience was quite satisfactory. I received excellent medical care—quick and accurate in diagnosis. I underwent numerous laboratory tests and examinations to assess the condition of my heart, arteries, and potential aneurysms in my head, chest, and legs, all performed using state-of-the-art technology. In the end, I gained greater clarity about my health condition. The hospital facilities are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The medical team, nurses, orderlies, and healthcare staff were all highly professional and kind. I am truly satisfied with the service at Orlando Health Dr. Phillips. Thank you very much.

teisha ramos I am writing to express my sincere disappointment regarding my recent experience at Orlando Health, specifically with Devon at the reception. From the moment I arrived with my grandson, I was taken aback by his smug and rude demeanor. Instead of providing the compassionate care one would expect in a healthcare setting, he spoke to me as if I were a child, which felt incredibly disrespectful. When I attempted to explain my grandson’s situation, Devon interrupted me to inform me that he was already aware of my grandson’s prior symptoms because he had read the chart. This left me confused and frustrated; it felt as though he was dismissing my concerns rather than genuinely listening. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also made me feel belittled, as if wearing scrubs granted him a sense of superiority over patients and their families. This experience was very off-putting, especially during an emergency when I needed support and understanding. I regret not seeking care elsewhere, but unfortunately, I felt I had no choice at that moment. I hope that Orlando Health addresses this issue, as patients deserve to be treated with respect and empathy, not self righteous individuals only there for a check! Once taken back to see the other staff, we were treated kindly.

Melissa Bush My Mom had to have surgery recently at Orlando Health to remove her cancer. This was by far the best experience we have ever had at any hospital. The care was exceptional. They are very organized and clean. The waiting areas are nice. Food choices are good. Highly recommend overall!

Barbara Brown Three teams of doctors took excellent care of my husband when he was admitted to emergency after a serious fall. Though he became frustrated with so much attention, I felt assured by any lack of neglect. I was particularly pleased with the doctors and others who openly showed their concern and provided information. When Sky was his night nurse, I could even return home and sleep well. Her sweet attitude was exemplary and exuded confidence and pleasure in those around her.

Renee Hill I cannot be detailed as I would like because there is not enough room.Some just going to let the pictures do the talking.. I had to leave even though I did not feel well enough to But the conditions of this room and I have insurance is absolutely ridiculous! I was giving medications that I should not have been given It was a terrible experience from check in until I got discharged three days later. Could have killed myself because the court in order to turn off The light was super long wrapped around my neck. Didnt have the decency to have a working clock. As I said I will let the pictures do the talking Way more to the situation than I can explain.

heidi ortega I broke my leg Christmas morning and was there on the 10th floor orthopedics for 13 days and the staff was so kind and made my stay very comfortable and they were all so attentive. Shout out to Dominique, Sarah and Lane for making a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation less awkward, you were my cheering squad and I will never forget you. Lane who sings and is so cheerful all the time. Thank you Jennifer for washing my hair so I could feel normal again. Thank you all too many to mention but if I had to be in a hospital I am glad that this was the one I was at and it is so clean and the room is like a hotel room my grandson actually thought it was an Airbnb LOL and wanted to come visit me so he could lay on my bed and watch TV cartoons. I am so appreciative for the care and attention I was given thank you all at Advent Health Orlando

Margaret Ackley I was admitted to Orlando Health -Health Central Hospital for surgery. In the weeks prior to this admission I received numerous phone calls and texts to keep me updated on expectations, appointment scheduling, meetings, contacts if needed to answer questions, etc. By the time I actually went for the surgery, I felt completely comfortable with my situation and had had all my questions answered. The surgery and after care showed the same attention to detail. I cannot praise this hospital and staff enough. Naturally, as a single patient, I did not deal with all of the hospital workers. However, all with whom I did deal were caring and immediately ready to help with any situation or questions that arose - without exception! Things were done on schedule and within a very friendly atmosphere. This hospital and staff are truly amazing!!! I rarely write reviews for anything, but it would be a true disservice to all if I did not assign it the highest positivity rating possible and then have it printed in a review to help others trying to make critical decisions regarding their own personal treatment and care. This is an outstanding facility staffed with intelligent, caring individuals. I am happy to give the hospital and its workers a 5-star rating without any reservation. My personal thanks to all!

They are very accommodating, even down to the music I get to listen to during my MRI. I’ve not been to this hospital campus before; however, I’m pleased to know the same service exists across the network.

G Ryan (Ryan Gay) I have been coming to the Orlando Medical Center for about 3 or 4 years. The staff and Doctor Coskun are amazing at what they do. They always are quick, so you arent sitting in the waiting room waiting forever. They take most insurance and are up to speed with new medications and diagnosis accurately. I highly suggest becoming a patient here!

K Y I’ve had an excellent experience with my pcp office. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is welcoming and efficient. The MAs are kind and attentive, making sure all my concerns are addressed. The PAs and MDs are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly. Even the administrator goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. I highly recommend this practice for their outstanding care and dedication to patients.

Skyler Diaz Awful. My doctor saw me as a number and a burden. He did everything he could to get me out the door as quickly as possible. And the nurses would defend him. When he ran out of treatment options, be literally just said " Well I guess we just wait until something happens" HELLO?? I have stage 4 cancer!! I ended up having to call hospitals ALL around the country, and I found my OWN clinical trial I wanted to be in. And every single hospital I called was APPALLED that I needed to call because my oncologist already washed his hands of my case. Florida healthcare in general is just THAT worse than many other states. I ended up moving for better care, which if I did not, I might have died already. ETA: The inpatient ward drove me up the wall!!! everything is beige and white, with sterile fluorescent lights. You CANNOT leave the floor if you are hooked to a treatment, so you just see patients shuffling around the 2 loops of the floor. Over, and over. There is a small break room, and some nice windows. But other than that , that place doesnt feel real, and It feels like time doesnt pass there. I had nonstop panic attacks there, but that was also in part because of the chemo.
