Rob Ferguson Ive taken several pieces here for repair. Theyre awesome. Had a bracelet fixed once and when I got it back it looked so good I thought he gave me a new one. Had the bell on my dragon charm fixed today and its totally unnoticeable. Charged like 10 bucks to solder and better than new.

Starting from me just looking, to me changing ideas around, to finally finding the perfect ring and placing the order. Start to finish Rachel was patient, polite, and very helpful. She went as far as to sit down with me at a computer and customize what I was looking for from the ground up. Then to top it off, she went above and beyond to even reply to my text messages on her day off. Monahan jewelry in Atlantic beach told me they could not fix my necklace and told me it was not worth keeping. Fast fix in St Johns town center was also not able to fix it. I highly recommend Master Jewelry, they even gave me a 3 month warranty

They treat you like family. The last big purchase I made here, I wanted a specific type of paperclip chain necklace, that they didn’t have in store so she special ordered it for me, and sold it to me at an amazing price. Money well spent here! Great prices and fast service on repairs and custom work too (I had an old yellow gold ring melted down and made into two separate small rings and they did it at a fraction of the price other places wanted and in a fraction of the time)! Love this place, would give it more stars if I could.
