1 /5 Merry rmz: Took 30 mins in the drive thru and when I called inside the button apparently wasnt even working, and when i called the phone from the branch they didnt even bother to pick up the phone. Bad customer service by far.

It is no longer the same .I was forced to give this branch a one star but it really does not deserved a one star it deserves 0 . Yesterday , the front staff at the desk was rude and nasty . She had a nasty attitude and she has not been working there that long to even act the way she did. I use to come to branch for over 10 years but ever since the excellent manager maxine left it has been the pits. This place is the worst branch now.

Samuel nowhere near as good as Chase nowhere near.. Chase is way more efficient professional theyre both getting almost zero interest on your savings account but so does Bank of America give nothing youre basically using the account to service your everyday needs e... this place is just an aged dated location and theyre whole institution set in their ways youre bound to run into problems with them... especially since the big story on the news about 10 years ago where they used to used open accounts on the customers names who never asked for them was a huge scandal and billions of dollars in lawsuits... stay away from this place stay away go to Chase two blocks away youll be way happier or theres a Bank of America within a few feet of here
