I brought in a very sentimental ring that my grandma had gifted me—it was missing a stone, and three others were cracked and needed replacement. Not only did Marat do an incredible job replacing the stones, but he also polished the ring to perfection, leaving it looking absolutely brand new. The level of craftsmanship was outstanding, and the service was both fast and professional. My family has officially found our new go-to jeweler!

Elaine Deering Yesterday my watch strap broke so l decided to replace my watch with a new one. I selected an attractive design with all 12 Arabic numerals, a secondhand, and easy to read font. To my utter disappointment, about 6 hours later, it stopped working altogether, so l looked on Google for a watch repair place near me. Soon l found myself at Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs, about 30 minutes away from closing, but the owner assured me he could repair and clean it in less than 10 minutes. He did a thorough job and now l can return to my university job with an attractive and accurate timepiece at an amazingly reasonable price. Thank you, Fast Fix. Barbara Urban Shopping and buying here was the best experience ever! Laura is amazing. My husband wanted to purchase an eternity ring for my birthday. We spent an hour with Laura trying all the styles and discussing. I settled on a ring that was sent to me. She told me if I wasnt happy I could exchange. She was right - I didnt love it. Back we went to meet with Laura again. She is so patient and has so much knowledge. We adjusted the carat size and bought a stacking emerald cut too! There was credits and all sorts of admin to take care of and Laura was thorough that afteroon. I love both of my rings. They are very special. I would recommend the beautiful products and Laura as a guide with your purchases.
