Sarah Prince Jennifer and Tommy are very knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, helpful, and personable. I appreciate that they are straightforward and clear with loan details. I am impressed with their quick and accurate execution of work and their elevated troubleshooting skillset. Mathew P Theyre so great over here at amscot!! They hold a special place in my heart theyve helped me so very much. People talk about the crazy interest rate but really its like twenty to forty bucks to get some cash for a couple few weeks and really its no different than having a really good friend that knows youll pay them back so you throw a little on top. Thank you team, your greatly appreciated! Read some of the other reviews and decided to expand upon my review. These people behind the counter work extremely fast and are very efficient at what they do to be honest. Ive been using amscot and tell ya what Ive NEVER had a bad experience, the staff is friendly and if they ask something of you its because they NEED it to do their job. Theyre not being any kind of way about anything except for following protocol which is their job. To anyone I ask that had a bad experience [ I get everyones not having the best day but remember theres two sides to every story]. How did you act? These people are good right in right out, they handle the lines well, they move them through fast anyways so theres really not much of a line to speak of.

Kevin Delong Shannon and Claire are always so helpful and sweet! Anytime I come in asking about rates on certificate, they are both quick to assist. Shannon often helps me with information on current rates while Claire assisted me with a new savings with a higher rate. I appreciate these ladies and the Palm Bay branch as a whole!

Christie Grefkowicz I went and got something notarized stupid me forgot the paper I was notarizing at home so they went to the trouble of me sending it to them and then printing it out. They had me in and out super fast thanks guys!

Rhonda Babcock and Palm Bay Road location: The people that work here are very nice. My ONLY complaint for this location is the ATM service. Many of us rely on the convenience of the ATM as we cant get to the bank during their regular operating hours, thats why ATM function is so vitally important for alot of us. I rely ALOT on the "deposit" function. Cant use it 80% of the time though if you get off later from your job. I had a conversation with one of the associates over the phone because it was very frustrating for me after numerous TRIPS trying to make a deposit later in the day. She stated that its because of businesses that do many night deposit "drops" which in turn, shuts down the "cash deposit function". It only allows "check" deposits at this point. One positive about their ATM function is (when its accessible), you can take out quite a bit of money in one transaction and the Lobby opens up for several hours on Saturday.

Sherri Brown Just have to give compliments to Tymeka at the Port Malabar Space Coast Credit Union. Truly a very dedicated, caring , and knowledgeable employee. We needed to gather some information in limited time, and she did not disappoint us. She helped us gather everything we needed. I am sure she goes above and beyond for any customers she is assisting. She is truly an asset to Space Coast Credit Union, and we are truly greatful for all her help. Would recommend if you have banking needs.

Jen Aguilar Popped in yesterday because we needed something notarized. We bank online and havent used the lobby in years. Greeted quickly and very politely, but then had to wait over 30 min for 1 stamp because we watched the only notary in the building take a new client to set up a new acct. Everyone knew we were there for 1 stamp. Our interaction with her was very pleasant, but literally 2 min. Manager directing clients had a man who only spoke Portuguese come in- he was determined to get him to leave several times by giving him a card with a phone number to call. The man dug his heals in and used a translator app. All he needed was help logging into a new devise and eventually figured it out. Great staff for the most part! Could use some common sense in directive traffic with only 1 notary on staff. And be kind to those who just need an extra minute of your time.
