Kevin Delong Shannon and Claire are always so helpful and sweet! Anytime I come in asking about rates on certificate, they are both quick to assist. Shannon often helps me with information on current rates while Claire assisted me with a new savings with a higher rate. I appreciate these ladies and the Palm Bay branch as a whole!

Josiah M SCCU has the most and highest fees of any credit union I have worked with. They also combine this with generally bad customer service. They do tend to have decent rates but not any better than Launch FCU who have much lower transaction fees and much better customer service.

Nicole Shrimplin Nicole Leblond Bill and Blue Orca Financial Services have been great to work with and always give us our financial statements right on time each month.  He answers all our questions and helps us work through any issues we have and we never have to worry about getting a surprise extra bill for the time it took.  Very knowledgeable and professional and I definitely recommend!
