Melissa Smith I love to dance and when I found Jazzercise or perhaps it found me, I was in my happy place. Been at it since 2012 & here we are in 2023.. still dancing!! Great positive vibes, brings my heart rate up, keeps me sane, and all the instructors are great humans. I really like being part of so many good people. Great experience and I think you should give it a try!! You never know what good can come of it!!

Megan Marsh Every time I come in the staff is friendly and the people at the front are always welcoming. The energy in here is relaxed and I never feel judged. Everyone I have talked to is helpful if I need something or have a question about a machine. The gym itself feels clean and organized and it makes me actually want to come back. I feel comfortable here and I like how simple they make everything. I really appreciate how nice everyone is. I am happy I got a membership here because it feels like a place where you can just focus and feel supported.

Marion Carrigan Ive been a member at F45 Coral Ridge for about 6 months and have had a wonderful experience. The workouts are truly for all ages and fitness levels. The studio offers a lot of class times throughout the week so Ive not had any trouble fitting in a workout even when my schedule has been unpredictable. The trainers are so helpful and acknowledge everyone in the class every day, particularly Marissa and Shelby. Love taking their workouts.

Illuminnate Chiropractic & Wellness Studio ROAR Station is hands-down one of the best workout studios in Fort Lauderdale. The energy is electric, the trainers are motivating, and the 45-55-minute classes pack in everything you need for a full-body challenge without wasting time. The space is clean, and welcoming, and the community feels like family. I’m seeing real results here in a relatively short time, and always leave feeling stronger and more confident. Easily a 5-star experience every time.

Dan Vanderboom Amazing gym! So glad I joined. Excellent selection of equipment. Bathrooms and locker room actually smell good all the time. The whole place is kept clean and in good working order. Friendly, helpful staff. Special thanks to Joe for going out of his way to help!

David DelPonte I cant say enough good things about Bruce Zone and Mel, the instructor. Mel knows her stuff. She noticed and corrected my mistakes with spot on suggestions. Her programs were interesting, very challenging, and rewarding. In four brief weeks my level of fitness improved significantly. Im 70 years old, in relatively good shape - but not great shape. In spite of my age this is a good fit for me. Mel is very patient, kind, and encouraging. Give the place an honest effort and you wont be disappointed.

Thad Panik I’ve been going to Peak Fitness for over a year and just hit my 300th class! The trainers are amazing, and the EMS workouts have really helped me reach my fitness goals. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive and effective gym experience!

Lana Danshes Working with Amy has been such a great experience. She’s not only super knowledgeable and professional, but also just a really pleasant, positive person to be around. She’s great at tailoring sessions to my goals and fitness level, and pushes me to work hard without ever making it feel overwhelming. I always leave our sessions feeling stronger, more energized, and in a better mood. If you’re looking for a trainer who knows her stuff and brings a great vibe to every session, I’d highly recommend Amy!

Karl Marx The absolute best, hardest workout class. The teachers are amazing! They give really excellent cues, form corrections, and Hands-On corrections. They are also super encouraging and motivating. Side rant (not the studios fault at all, thus, the five-star review): my only problem is most of the other students: snobby, young students who dont follow the teachers clear instructions to acknowledge the people to your left and right sometimes before and always after class Anyway, this is something the teachers cant really control but its super annoying to people who follow said instructions. Definitely feels like high school gym class and probably not as much of a problem outside of South Florida. Students aside, this place is terrific. Dont believe the poor reviews on here. Most of them are about people wanting to come late to class and not being let in for very good reason. Its super disruptive, rude to the teachers and unsafe. Im glad they dont let in these people who are late because they almost surely wouldnt want to acknowledge their neighbors who they dont have any regard for.
