1 /5 Sandra Gwynn: Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to just get something notarized only for the lady to fill out the information incorrectly. I swear its a company wide incompetent issue

5 /5 Joanne Eskreis: This is the best bank Ive ever worked with. They have done more for me at this bank and it is more like family. Lindsay goes above and beyond to help her clients and customers. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Lindsay helped me achieve success and accomplish improving my credit and obtaining help with the services they provide and being successful in a positive direction and relationship. Its like the family bank in the olden days. I love working with her and the others. Ive accomplish more with her help than ever.

1 /5 josh jones: Posting this here to warn people about this company. Update - 5/9/24: I responded to the email in the reply. They asked for more information and then disappeared. Absolutely atrocious. They are treating me so badly after over a decade with them. I’ve attempted to close the account multiple times around a year ago. They told me I couldn’t close the account without coming in to a branch. I live on the other side of the country. Finally I was able to reach someone that helped me close the account over the phone and even left some extra money in the account incase there were unexpected fees. They did not close the account. It continued accruing fees months later and only then did they close the account and SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. I wouldn’t have even found out I was in collections, but I remembered they OWED me a check and never sent it. I’ve spent quite a few hours on the phone and they say “nobody can adjust this because we closed the account. We can’t even open the account”. They also keep telling me “we are trying to work with you. We will settle for 60%”. Why would I be happy settling for 60% of fees on an account I closed? They are being so petty because I won’t pay them $48 in account fees that I would not have accrued if they just closed the account like I asked. This is a huge problem. I’ve been on time and paid hundreds of dollars in monthly account maintenance fees over my 15 years with them. This is absurd and most likely illegal. I’ll be filing complaints with the proper government agencies if this is not solved ASAP. I may edit this with an update IF anything changes.

5 /5 Sean: I would give 11 stars if I could. Nelson "Dance machine" is always so friendly, professional and courteous. Ask him about the daily dance. Hell show you! Last but not least, Derrick. "Bossman" This gentleman is a true leader. He leads by example! Last week. Yes last week. I am just posting the review now because the service was so good that I had to post an honest review about my experience. I called other Banks and not one would pick up the phone. It just rang. I called Regions Bank in Sanford and the manager Derek answered the phone. Right away and on a Friday afternoon. Not only did he answer the phone but he took his time and helped me out with the issues that I was having. He even said call back if I have any questions. I did. Twice. Each time I called he was always kind, professional, courteous, and very helpful. I highly recommend Regions Bank in Sanford! They go above and beyond for their customers.

5 /5 Carol: This is the best bank for customer service. I started at Chase and they would not help open an account. We walked in and they were so helpful. I have my daughter account at this Regions and they have been great with customer service. Tim was so helpful and so was the manager. They helped a young girl I am working with get on her feet by opening account when she is from out of state. Most banks will not give you the time of day. This one went above and beyond. I have my revolving line of credit through them and they have been great.
