1 /5 Black Cat Corner: The receptionist is nice, but thats as far as I would go with this company. The agent was rude didnt know his job, and didnt do his job at all. I recommend anywhere but here.

5 /5 Tori Parrish: I have been going to these guys for almost 2 years. I absolutely love the people there. I deal with Andrew. We paid a payment one month, saw him and his wife at a restaurant later that evening, and he is the same great person outside of the office as he is in it. His wife is very sweet too, not to mention very beautiful. Andrew lucked out with that one. Thank you guys for being so great, and helping anytime help is needed. Theres been a couple of times Ive need some help and hes super fast and great at his job.

5 /5 Virginia Farrington: Love everything and everyone at the cross city office. Thanks Tommy and Tiffany for working with me. Very patient and caring. But very willing to take all your money too. Typical insurance agencies. Its not the workers fault that they are progressive is so greedy.

Andrew gives SUPERB service. Hes always looking after my needs, my risks, and my wallet! Most of all he is a fantastic human being. Im delighted to work with them and recommend them highly.
