The new four-hour course is burdensome in the minds of some of our board members, and "old news" to some of our seasoned managers, yet it was presented in a clear, precise, and engaging manner that kept the attendees attention. There was a lot of material covered and based on some of the questions posted, I could tell that the attendees listened, absorbed, and took it to the next level. You got people thinking! Michael, not only having the best bed side manner, was beyond prepared for this case that the other lawyer didnt even question my daughter n the stand. Barbara Day When I came to Jane, my insurance company was refusing to act on a flooded situation in my home. They wouldn’t return calls, etc. Eventually mold developed. She promptly wrote a letter to them for me making me feel like a priority case. Long story made short, we saw action right away from the insurance company when they found out I had retained Jane as my attorney. The letter wasn’t sent as it wasn’t necessary.
