I can say as a longtime client of Edison Insurance Group (having had my homeowners insurance with them for the past many years, as well as other insurance policies), I have always found the entire staff to be professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt in responding. Theyre extremely busy hence why they may sound so serious over the phone most times, but they strive to assist within one call with full, detailed explanation. Steve Simpson I am a two-time client of East and Greenwell. Used them for house, auto, umbrella, and golf cart insurance…..then switched once when I got a “cheaper” quote and switched providers. Big mistake! My cheapness ended up with a company who was not supportive, had terrible customer service, and within a few months experienced the bait and switch to higher premiums. I returned my business to E and G and have never looked back! Great Service, great competitive pricing, and fantastic follow-up. Try them….you won’t regret it!

Tuleah Johnson I keep asking them to stop calling me the young man kept asking for my information ignoring my request i asked at least 10 times for him to get off of my phone he was very sarcastic, i asked for a supervisor and acts if he put me on hold and then comes back saying he is the supervisor! Very very unprofessional and i would never use Family First for anything....
