Fusion Fitness Yoga & Pilates Studio - Lake City (FL)

5 /5 Samm Epstein: Attended my first two classes at Fusion Fitness this week! The studio was very warm and welcoming, clean, nicely decorated, and all the equipment was well color coordinated (I have an eye for details and tend to notice everything!). Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and my instructor was warm, supportive, knowledgeable and informative throughout the classes. I signed up for calisthenics and yoga, both taught by Chris. I really enjoyed the structure of both classes - well taught, easy to follow, and a variety of options or modifications for students to try depending on each person’s individual level in their own fitness journey. This was my first time doing calisthenics and I was really nervous I wouldn’t be able to handle the class, however I did pretty well considering I could move at my own pace and try an easier mod/version of each exercise as a beginner. It was an excellent workout and has given me some new personal goals I’d really like to work towards- doing crow pose for more than 2 seconds and holding a handstand without the use of the wall :) The yoga class that followed had a nice focus on breathwork that actually helped me stay present and truly meditate throughout the whole class. I live an hour outside of Lake City, so I may not be coming to classes at the studio regularly, but whenever I am in the area and able to make it again in the future I will prioritize coming in for a class or two. I really like that they have individual class passes you can purchase (very affordable) along with monthly memberships that are an excellent value if you are local, want to try out several of the different class offerings and able to go often. The vibe is really nice here and I highly recommend!

5 /5 Jenniffer Schile: Such a warm, welcoming and intimate setting where we all can be a close yoga family with hands on instructors who are genuinely involved in finding your zen while getting you excited about learning the art of yoga! Its a studio where the instructors personalize the yoga poses to each yogi level in the room and offer assist throughout the classes. They offer monthly memeberships, walkins and specialized classes focusing on flexibility, inversions, cat yoga, yoga basics and more! I sincerely LOVE the positive atmosphere and my favorite class is POWER YOGA! I sometimes try to attempt Power Yoga immediately after Crossfit (next door/same company) and end it with Gentle yoga. Great workout, great people and great instructors! Truly an inviting studio!

5 /5 Tim S: I’m in town for work this week and wanted to give this place a try. I’m VERY new to yoga, the minute I walked in there is Jenna she welcomed me with a smile and made me feel right at home on my first visit. She explained everything very well and made the entire experience amazingly easy. The class itself was fun and challenging, she made sure to give alternative poses and moves so everyone no matter their level was engaged. I really loved the class. I’ve gone back every day since my first visit, trying the different class offerings. The studio is the perfect size and the other clients are so warm and friendly. I wish I lived here so I could come all the time. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about the studio and Jenna the owner. I highly recommend you give Fusion Fitness a try, you’re guaranteed to love it! 10/10

In my 6 decade of life I was concerned about past injuries. All the coaches are wonderful at accepting me at " my" level. I have now become a coach myself. I truly enjoy assisting others where ever they are.
