5 /5 David DiRenzo: Justin and his team did an absolutely outstanding job as my mother chose to move away from State Farm due to their horrible claims processes and join the Farm Bureau Insurance family. The team clearly defined and explained the coverages made sure she was aware that her pool enclosure wasnt covered by traditional homeowners insurance that needed its own rider in the state of Florida and also went through a personal fire policy for some of her possessions that were outside of the normal policy limits on personal property. Hands down there nothing but first class and truly a pleasure to work with. I cant believe I just said a pleasure to work with while discussing insurance.
