5 /5 Robert Belair: If you want an attorney who is going to coddle you and set overly optimistic expectations with regard to what you should expect when your day in court arrives look elsewhere. However if you want an experienced attorney with a very firm grasp of todays justice system and person who will set your expectations accordingly, then you should choose David Golden There were times when I got the sense David wasnt fully on board with the way I felt about my situation and the imagined outcome. And, I was right. But, David felt the way he did or good reason as I had developed an unrealistic and somewhat naive expectation about what I should expect. We tend to believe what we hear on television and read in newspapers/internet much of which is nuanced in some way. David, on the other hand, is firmly rooted in reality and utilizes his many years working with prosecuting attorneys as best he can to the advantage of his client. He knows and respects the people he will have to ultimately have to deal with extremely well. And, I get the sense the feeling is mutual. Theres an old adage one should always under promise and over deliver thats stood the test of time and one which David definitely ascribes to. He definitely over delivered in my case and I will forever be thankful for his efforts.. I hope I am never again faced with the kind of legal predicament I recently had to endure. But, if I should ever land in such a place again I will at least know who to call. David Golden is worth every penny. Trust me.

I hope this review will help someone else! We chose David Golden because he had experience specifically in the area where we needed a good defense attorney, we were not disappointed! Mr. Golden is a straight shooter, he does not run you around the block, he did a great job of letting us know what our options were, what we should accept and what we could fight for. Contact with his office is on the spot, no putting you off or on hold. His assistant, Stevie, was great at getting questions answered and if she didn’t know she’d find out and call you back or, if warranted, Mr. Golden called you back. We had the best outcome we could hope for and that was due to the excellent representation we had in Mr. Golden! Certainly we all hope we’d never need a defense attorney but if you find you need one I would have no problem highly recommending David Golden!
