Referred by an employer. had to go onto a payment plan very helpful they were as I lost my job so couldnt afford the whole upfront cost. That was all paid by Nov 2023 eventually. After staff turn over and apologies my case continued. Here we are almost 3 three years later with me asking either submit or refund, Im still not working, so accepted 3600 dollar refund recently and dreams in tatters, savings gone and 15000 out of pocket. I am sure looking at the reviews from years gone by they were good , but in my case the proof is in the pudding. So if I could do it all over again, I would have bought 15000 dollars worth of lotto tickets . Karma is a laser guided boomerang as someone once said...and Ill leave it to fate .
