Jesse Barron I am editing my review because I posted after my first experience at this branch. It must have just been a nasty teller because I have not seen them since on my many visits back to this particular branch. Sometimes companies mistakenly hire not-so-great people and have to adjust, which they did. All that matters is they seemed to get rid of the person likely driving low reviews. I love going into this branch now. Everybody is so friendly and the service is quick.

Lior Uriel Elkayam, MD I had one the best banking experiences in my 47 years of life at Keys Federal Credit Union with the support of Grace Wood and LaMesha Poitier as I was opening up my new checking/savings account. Felt like a family member and the way banking should be…you know, OLD SCHOOL!

Anna Ocelakova Renata Coll CPA provided valuable assistance with the procedures, documents and filing the appropriate forms necessary to move our existing foreign company from Europe to the U.S.A. She made sure that we are in compliance with the complex federal and state taxing system. She is bilingual , which was very helpful also. Renata took care of our bookkeeping, payroll, business and personal tax return preparation. We will be using her for all our accounting and tax needs.

Sophia Doctoche Teo truly is one of a kind. She helped me set myself and my two young kids up for their future. She wants to see both mothers and fathers become successful and have a plan for retirement. I cant thank her enough for the guidence and making the transition so easy and adjustable to my income.

Micheall Thomas I went to the Keys Federal Credit Union branch in Stock Island and had such a pleasant experience. The teller Frankie was so nice and helpful. Im handicap and she opened the door for me coming in and going out. She was so polite and friendly. I told her what I needed to do and she directed me to Ms. Rubi who also was friendly and polite. Rubi answered all my questions and was so sufficient. Before I knew it my business was complete. All with a smile.

Ann Dixone I would recommend Charley in a heartbeat! He communicated with me all the way through the refi process in a manner second to none. Quick and easy! Just the way I wanted it. Thank you Charley for all your leg work!
