Kristy Saffo Went for my first time to Joey the jeweler to pick up a free senior graduation necklace. Not only is it beautiful, but the friendliness of the staff was amazing! I asked about getting my engagement ring fixed since 2 other jewelers said the prongs needed to be replaced. They told me they were still good and didn’t need replacing, but he fixed a bent prong and smoothed a sharp area! When I asked when the time came how much would it be to replace, the price was much better than other jewelers quoted me! I highly recommend!!

They also looked at all the jewelry I had and told me which I didnt need to bother with an appraisal for insurance, which saved me money. Mary Ellen I have wanted to shop in this store for years and finally did. Wonderful environment felt upon walking in. Greeted by Kristal and her fur baby friend. No pressure to buy just allows you to shop and ask questions to lead you in the right direction of the perfect selections. There was a very large amount of variety and I appreciated the little baskets for your selections, as they were very handy. We loved it here and have told family and friends about it and plan to return for more shopping adventures. Great store for downtown and a must stop and see.

Janice Bonham West I took 2 jewelry projects to Kimberlys Jewelers; the first required a custom design. Alex talked through the design with me and produced two exquisite pendants that exactly matched what I had requested. The second project involved replacing multiple diamonds in a platinum ring setting Alex ordered stones from different sources and set them beautifully, straightening the setting and polishing it so it actually looks better than when it was new! He did both projects more economically than other quotes in the area. The work was completed on time, the customer service was professional and courteous, and the whole experience was pleasant and professional. The only question I have is, why take your jewelry anywhere else? I know Ill check at Kimberly first when Im shopping for jewelry and repairs going forward.

E. Blue I broke the setting on my engagement ring and I was recommended to go to KM Jewelers. Monte immediately knew what to do to repair and it was back in 2 days. My ring looks beautiful!
