He took the time to educate us on the world of engagement rings, settings, and diamonds, which made us feel confident that we were choosing the perfect ring for us. The selection at Brilliant Earth is outstanding, and Jordan made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. When we picked up the ring and realized it was a bit too big, Brilliant Earth quickly resized it, and now it fits perfectly. 5 /5 Jake Kilby: My girlfriend and I had our first appointment to start the ring shopping process yesterday and we were so lucky to be paired up with Hailey Castro!!! She was incredibly nice, patient, and informative throughout the entire experience and we left feeling a lot more confident on what direction we would like to go for the engagement ring moving forward. She made sure to show us everything she possibly could, and even put in orders to get specific cuts/colors/clarities to their store so that we can reschedule a visit and try on the perfect specifications of the ring desired. Highly recommend not only the store, but Hailey as well!
