Diana Gavrilova I have been coming here for 3 years, and love everything about the studio. The instructors are very knowledgeable and happy to assist. Due to my schedule, I have not been able to try every instructor, but have loved my classes with Corbin, Veronica, Erica, Meka, and Kate. The studio has both heated and unheated rooms. The heated room has infrared panels and cushioned flooring. It is always very clean. Highly recommend for beginners and experienced yogis!

Saila Akhtar One of the best gym in the neighborhood. Absolutely love the energy and environment of this facility. The staffs and the owner Ryan are very friendly and knowledgeable. The people who train here feel like family. No matter what your fitness goal is, you will fit right in. From beginners to powerlifting to strongman, this place can fit all your needs!

Out of the Box Fitness
Claudia DuBois I am a seventy-one year old woman who had sustained injuries from a previous gym. For the last four years, the Owner and her compassionate coach Tonja have worked with me, always finding a work around if I was challenged. This gym and its family oriented members have been a game changer and live saver to me. If you are looking for a great gym to improve the overall quality of your life, even if you are older and/or a beginner, I could not give a higher recommendation!

Township Athletic Club
Jack Mahlmann When there to play pickleball during a regularly scheduled date and time. The playing members were fantastic with their help and encouragement as a new player. Courts were in great shape too. I hope to be back soon!

The Custom Fitness Institute
cheryl I was introduced to Coco through a mutual friend and I liked that she scheduled a consultation to go overt my goals to loose weight and get into shape. I was able to loose 35 lbs, plus lowered my body mass. I loved my results! Through following my personal plan of changing how and what I along with incorporating free weights and resistance training and her positive reinforcement I reached my goal we set! Coco made working out fun. I highly recommend Coco and Custom Fitness!

Athletic Factor Gym
Christopher Caruso Best Gym in South Florida hands down. The equipment, people, and vibe are all great. This is a place to get work done. Everyone there is about business, none of the usual BS you have to deal with in the bigger franchise fitness centers. I look forward to my time there everyday. If youre in the area I highly suggest you check it out. You wont be disappointed.

Amped Fitness (Pompano Beach)
Clara Marques Best gym in south Florida ever. I have been looking around for a gym since a move here and all the gym in this area are busy and u can not workout with calm but with amped my workout routine it’s really easy and smooth. Sam it’s a great manager. Melissa it’s helpful and very good with her job.
