She is both knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to walk us through different settings and options while clearly explaining the pros and cons. We had been hesitant about making an online purchase because we weren’t sure how to prioritize all the variables, but Shannon made the process simple and enjoyable. Rather than feeling stressed or uncertain, Kathy and I left feeling celebrated and completely confident that we had chosen exactly what we wanted.

5 /5 wess Lucius: Wow ! Blue Nile really did there big one for me. I got custom engagement ring done with them, and me being in my early 20s this is the first time I’ve done this before. Services were amazing I never had to wait long to get any help. Hailey Who was my jewelry sales associate was amazing, she sat me down and broke down how diamond’s work, from the weight, class, price down to the finish, also gave me the truth between lab and natural even showed me facts. It’s safe to say Blue Nile is for the people, what an amazing experience ! P.s. If you can not get Hailey to assist ask for Denise she was also a great help in this process.

2 /5 Camry Smouse: I visited this store for the first time to look at engagement rings, but unfortunately, the experience was very underwhelming. When I initially walked in, no one greeted me. I stood there for several minutes, clearly browsing, yet not a single staff member acknowledged me — so I ended up leaving. I decided to give it another try and returned later, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the energy was still low and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. I tried to look at a few rings in a case near a male associate, but he didn’t acknowledge me at all. His laptop was positioned directly over the section I was looking at, which I understood since he was assisting others. Still, I waited patiently for about 15 minutes, clearly interested, before he finally moved — but not without giving me a look that came across as dismissive and irritated. Ring shopping should be an exciting and memorable experience, especially for someone who isn’t an expert and is looking for guidance. Instead, I felt overlooked and unsupported. I did end up finding one ring I liked, and the associate I spoke with later tried to send me a link to it — but it wasn’t even the correct ring. I hope the store can work on creating a more welcoming and helpful environment for customers in the future. First impressions matter, especially for something as meaningful as an engagement ring.

I was greeted with energy and enthusiasm, I was looking for a ring for my girlfriend and they designed exactly what I wanted. I was worried that it would take too long but they were assuring me that their quality of work is worth waiting. It didn’t take long at all!! Thank you Blue Line!!!
