Antoinette Thrift I cannot say enough positive things about Edison Insurance Group. I note from reading the reviews that apparently, there are people who have confused Edison Insurance Group with another entity that has a similar name. I can say as a longtime client of Edison Insurance Group (having had my homeowners insurance with them for the past many years, as well as other insurance policies), I have always found the entire staff to be professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt in responding. I would highly recommend Edison Insurance Group to anyone who is seeking a reputable and quality insurance agent/broker.

Theyre extremely busy hence why they may sound so serious over the phone most times, but they strive to assist within one call with full, detailed explanation.
