Dagmar and Juanita who staff the gym in the mornings are always pleasant and helpful ready to answer any questions. The showers are well maintained and a great convenience to have. Dagmar is available to provide any personal attention you may need in using the equipment. I am looking forward to when a full complement of treadmills are available. This gym is a real asset to our community.

I am much steadier and have more energy since taking Dagmar’s class she is friendly and has a great personality , she makes exercise fun.

Kenneth Fehr They recently renovated and the gym looks amazing. I stayed in Wauchula for a little over 6 months and this gym is the heart of the town. The staff is professional and friendly. The trainers are knowledgeable and effective in implementing a plan tailored to your needs. Management is top notch and truly cares about providing a quality gym to the town and surrounding areas. If you’re looking for a gym to join, look no further, it’s a no brainer. Thanks to everyone over there for being such a benefit to this area!
