caleigh davis I got my nails done yesterday, walked in and there was no wait time. I first received a gel manicure with acrylic, the tip they put on my thumb nail wasn’t even on my actual nail (I did get them to fix it). On the same hand, the acrylic on my ring finger was missing acrylic on the tip (there was a visible intention) I asked him to fix this and he did. But this isn’t even the worst part, he removed my cuticles on my toes with a NAIL FILE, I have cuts and burns on 3 of my toes. I should’ve said something but I felt like I had already tried to fix there mistakes enough I really just wanted to get out of this place. My feet literally burned when I took a shower that night. I will not be returning, my friend who accompanied me had the same experience with her gel pedicure.

Laurel Finch My mom went and got her nails done here and look what a horrible job they did! Not to mention she paid $105 DOLLARS for these! Absolutely not worth it and she deserves a full refund.

Amanda Finch Not happy with my nails AT ALL. No matter how many times he tried he could not get my nail design even close to what I wanted even though he stated that he could do it before even trying. Then he told me to pick a different design and cut off some of my nails. Then he re-did them trying to get the new design I picked and STILL couldnt get that either. And then charged me $105 for nails that he didnt even do the design right even a little bit. Ive been so upset since leaving. At this point I think they should re-do the color and just do 1 color free of charge so at least Im not out here looking ridiculous.

Linne Morgan First appointment for a pedicure in my hometown….male swim team member & classmate recommended Top Nails. Nice long soak, male & female technicians with no foreign language back & forth. Wonderful massage chairs, exceptional job & attentive staff. I WILL go back anytime!

Wouldnt trust my hands and feet with anyone else.

Shaylie Goff i will not be back. the guy i had was rough and he made my nails bleed. he was in a rush. my nails are chipping already. 10/10 do not recommend.

Emma Blunk DO NOT LET LINDA DO YOUR NAILS! Ive been coming here for a few months now. Ill be honest, Ive never left truly happy but happy enough to return. For the price, it matched the quality. But today was my final straw. My nails are the wrong length, they are crooked and beyond smooth. I came in with a nail falling off, I expected her to replace this nail. Nope. She just glued the back down and applied acrylic. So Ill be losing a nail in the next day or two. There is uncured acrylic under my nails that Ive been peeling off since leaving. I got home and after washing my hands of the oil she so heavily applied, the polish on both my thumbs and left middle finger began peeling because it wasnt fully cured. I paid $55 for a fill in plus $35 as a tip cause i dont know. I shouldnt have done that, most of my nails were not fully filled. So what did I even pay for? This was incredibly disappointing and I will no longer be returning to this salon. Ive only gotten my nails done correctly once here (not by linda) and never again since. I believe thats enough signs to give up on this place and you should carry on as well. Not all the nail techs are awful, please understand that. Le is one of the best, amazing at designs and nails in general. I got her once and she did a fantastic job, so if you choose to go inside, ask for her. I shouldve spoken up about who I want to do my nails, it is a bit hard when the communication is short and lack there of among some of the nail techs. Linda is very demanding of them all. She was rough with holding my hands, overly focused and worried about others around her, and dose not take her time. She rushes and Ive seen many leave after being done by Linda and leave upset. She needs correction, more practice, something. I dont want the woman to lose her job, she shouldnt, but some care and attention is needed from Linda.

Julia Nelson Kaleigh listened and DELIVERED exactly what I wanted. The shop is clean and has good energy. There was very little wait time and everyone is real personable. Will be back!

Regenia Lee This place was my go to in Marianna. The owner is awesome. The last 3 times I’ve visited though were just not up to par. The nail jobs are very good but the pedicures? I can cut my own toe nails and wash my own feet. That’s all your gonna get here. Kim’s please work on good pedicures and pampering your clients. I’ve never ever in my 40 years of getting pedicures walked out during a pedicure and I hated doing it but I just wanted good service. This is a luxury for me.

Hannah Walker I’m not one to typically leave reviews but the end result i received with such a basic manicure pedicure polish job is so disappointing. I work with doctors and told the tech to please do a good job on my nails as they need to be professional and clean, my nail beds look awful and the polish job looks like it was done by a 7yr old. My recommendation is to just head out of town and go to the bigger cities or just do them yourself for what you pay and receive here. :/
