lucy vargas I have known the owners for years and have never had any issues. They remind me of my appointment always, treat me with respect, perform what I ask. She never rushes to finish the job, keeps her time on point. Never had any problems with my nails. My sincere opinion, They are great.

TheQueen B I enjoyed my first experience, my nails came out good but my second experience here was horrible. I made a 3pm appointment and literally waited until 420 without being helped so I left. So unprofessional. What is the point of making appointments if they dont follow through.

Elizabeth Hansen I just moved to the area a few weeks ago and have been in the hunt for a new nail salon and this is the place! I had the please of having Lisa, and she was incredible! I had no idea what I wanted I just knew I wanted green. told her so what ever she thinks would be cute and she nailed it! She also took care of my ingrown on my toes and they feel so much better! Lisa is very sweet and a master at what she does. I will be a regular here from now on! If you are in the area definitely give Queen nails a try!

Ms G. Last 2 visits, the whole staff were LATE. (45mn late) $60 for a gel pedicure is ASTRONOMICALLY atrocious. Theyre only charging this because yall are willing to pay it. The cost of their supplies hasnt changed much. I stopped getting a manicure years ago, but continued getting pedicures. Now, Im committed to doing my own w/ BTArtboxnails pro kit *Press ons* Lower your prices or lose business!

Taylor Gianino Out of all the places Ive gone to, this was the only place that actually cared to really make my nails perfect. And I am really picky with my nails. I have this idea in my head that if the nail salon has gorgeous photos of their work online then they should be able to make my nails the same exact way. This place ACTUALLY did. Will definitely be back! Hopefully sooner rather than later! I am a busy mom and have been wanting to go back but its hard to fit in my schedule right now.

Ahava Greenbaum i really wanted to like it here, but am not happy with the results. i came in for acrylics and the tech convinced me to do dip with tip instead because it was only an extra $5. i agreed and she did my nails. i noticed the tips were not sticking properly but she continued. when she finished, they looked amazing. but i went to check out and she told me the wrong price so it ended up being $10 more. which i was fine with because they turned out so nice (even though they should of honored the incorrect price they told me as that’s proper service). then she said it was an extra $7 for shaping. i was pretty annoyed at this point as it came out to about $75 with tip when the acrylics i initially wanted were only $45. my friend with me got dip & a pedicure for the same price which was kind of a rip off for me. again, was whatever because they turned out nice. 5 days later 2 entire nails popped off. my nails didn’t even last a week which is so ridiculous for dip & the price i paid.

Lucia Carreras I really wanted to love this place, I got my nails done with Kim, the prep was great, she was delicate with my nails. I got chrome nails and I loved them. I got home and they started chipping so then I called so they could fix them and came the next day and they fixed them, but once I came home and showered, my nails started chipping again! The same ones they had fixed. Now I’m hoping they can at least give me a refund because my nails are not worth $69 given that they are chipping in less than 24hrs of being done.

Carly Cook I’m not the person to make bad reviews about any companies because I just like to always believe the good in these places, but I am truly so disappointed and annoyed with my service today!! I got my nails done here a month ago, they came out super cute! But they charged me $100+ when it said it would only be $60-$75. But they came out super cute and added some charms so I didn’t mind. I went back today to get a SOAK OFF! I specifically said multiple times I wanted a soak off. When the lady sat me down, she began cutting the tips of my fake nails off and got those plastic acrylic nails to rip my nails off!!! I asked her why am I not getting a soak off? And she said “it takes longer, you would need to keep your hand in for a long time. This is faster and easier.” I was so upset I didn’t even know what else to say. It hurt so bad and she didn’t even shape my natural nails good enough, they look terrible. And I was still charged the soak off rate even though I didn’t get a soak off!!! Ridiculous. I will not be going back because now my nails hurt, and they weren’t even shaped good.

Damaris Ramos Herrera My personal go to spot for anything hair related. This place is always put together and beautifully decorated. They cater to both women and men. Employees are extremely talented and kind with every visit. I come here for my regular blowouts, hair treatments and haircuts. Teddy and Diosmary are my go to hair stylists. And as a sweet bonus they offer refreshments like coffee, tea, or water. I dont trust anyone or anywhere else but here♥️

I never did a Russian pedicure or gel before and my feet look brand new. I can’t wait to try a manicure and rebook with her. I think I’ve found my forever home for pedicures. I absolutely ADORE how my nails came out and I’m so picky when it comes to my nails so I’m genuinely surprised with how satisfied I am with the outcome. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she basically replicated it perfectly!! She is so nice, her salon room is super cute and clean. Everything about the manicure was relaxing and worth it. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back!!

I cannot speak for the other nail technicians but what I can say is that my nails last a full month, have competitive rates against other nail salons, AND every single person I’ve ever seen walk in that door leaves with gorgeous nails. Maire has my whole heart, and she’s honestly become like family to me and even after having been on a 2 week trip in Brazil where getting your nails done is extremely cheap, I refused to let anyone touch my hands except her. Genni Alvarez My nail tech was Andy and I cant say enough about my experience. It was my first time here and it was a nice relaxed atmosphere. I have never had my nails done so nice and my toes too. The deluxe pedi was nice with hot stones it was wonderful. The owner and the front desk girl were also very nice and servicing. I truly recommend this place. Prices are also great. You wine regret it.

David Love mens manicure, very clean and elegant. She also uses cuticle oil at the end of service, and I cant get enough of that sparkle. Pleasant atmosphere, very kind & professional. See you next time

Pé Linh This place is honestly so nice and clean. Perfect vibes and friendly staff!! I got a dipping powder with Louis. He was so accommodating and took his time to doing my design . The salon is clean and comfortable (great massage chairs!) and the staff are very friendly, efficient and thorough. My nails look great and it was a very enjoyable experience. shena marquis Dont waste your money.. I have gone there multiple times and every time my polish always chips. Finally I called 2 days after a gel mani to let them know the polish chipped and it needed fixing. Went back and had it fix they charged me $25 again to fix the polish that was chipped .. so I paid $60 for a gel mani. Am sorry but that is horrible customer service to charge your customers for something that was an error in your part. With multiple nail establishments in the area this is not good customer. Don’t waste your time.

He’s very attentive and communicative with you and makes sure you get exactly what you need and looking for in terms of nails and designs you want. Hes hyper aware to details and will even help you out with a design if your not sure what you want. His team is also very talented and also communicative with you as well and they always make sure to ask if something looks off so they can fix it to you liking. I highly recommend this store for an experience to remember. Such great attitude and service!!!!!!

Jia Liu I had a manicure at this nail salon a week ago. The environment and music were very relaxing and the whole process was very comfortable. The manicurists were very careful and gentle, and every detail was done very well. The color and shape were exactly what I wanted! I especially like the style I did this time. Aileen Menicucci I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience at this nail salon, but unfortunately, it was anything but that. The technician working on my pedicure had no experience at all, which completely took away from the enjoyment. When you go for a pedicure, you expect to sit back and relax, not feel stressed watching someone struggle with the basics. Salons should not assign inexperienced technicians to first-time customers. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one ensures I won’t be coming back. I hope management takes better care in training their staff before allowing them to work on clients.

Jaime Marie Scott I give Quinn 5 stars shes amazing I never had gels that last up to 3 weeks as well as my pedicure and they still look just as nice as the day they were done. I have never had any issues with lifting, breaking and I always get designs with diamonds no issues at all, as well as the entire facility very calm peaceful setting very quiet and everyone here is nice. I get my eyebrows and lip waxed everytime and always perfect. I will never go to any other nail place again accept for Star Nails I give them 5 stars all the way.
