Lisa Baxter Today I went to Classy Nails in Madison on Colin Kelly Hwy. It was a very good experience! I was greeted by a very nice gentleman and his family. Tan did my pedicure and did a very good job. I was there for an hour and my feet felt great when I left. I would definitely recommend this nail place.

Claudia Schnell I had an amazing experience with Hana at Madison Valgari Nail Salon! She did an incredible job on my nails—super detailed and exactly what I wanted. Hana is so professional, friendly, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails already! We both get the gelX and it’s a really great price. $155 for the two of us yesterday and that is including designs. I’m literally so obsessed with my nails they’re exactly what I wanted! It was also fairly quick for a full set appointment

After moving to Southern Florida, I was on the hunt for a talented nail artist, and I’m so glad I found Madison Calgary Nail Salon—a true hidden gem! Camila, the nail artist here, is hands down one of the best I’ve ever encountered. My nails always last forever, and they come out perfect every single time! Her attention to detail and the quality of her work are unmatched. It’s definitely worth every penny. Highly recommend her if youre looking for top-notch nail art!

It was late in the day, and I was in a hurry, so I paid the fee and left quickly. I had just returned from a long trip, so I was jet-lagged, exhausted, and sleep-deprived, which meant I didn’t inspect the details closely. But when I got home and saw the result under better lighting, I was shocked. The person who did my nails was named Crystal. She was very polite and acted as if she knew what she was doing, constantly saying, “I’m trying to do the best for you,” which gave me a sense of trust. So I didn’t initially realize how poor the salon’s quality was. But the result was a complete disaster! My nails were filed crookedly, my cuticles were barely trimmed, the polish was smeared, and in some areas, it was unevenly applied. Crystal’s poor work was incredibly frustrating. I also doubted the hygiene of the tools used; it didn’t seem like they had been sterilized, which made me feel like my health was at risk. I paid $128 for this mediocre service, expecting a professional job, but the outcome was a total failure. Even my husband was surprised when he saw it, saying, “Are you sure you went to a nail salon? I could have done a better job myself.” I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone due to the poor workmanship and misleading attitude. Don’t waste your time, money, or risk your health here.

Katrina Needed something done quickly and not from the area. The service was great and greeted at the door. Decor is beautiful and there are plenty of colors to choose from. Arianna was my nail tech and shes amazing. I highly recommend this place

Jennifer Willis Lee the owner verbally assaulted customer she requested to come back in an hour for a service and took another customer instead of that customer this happened with all the other customers watching. This is the most unprofessional nail place Ive ever been to. I had a couple repairs that needed to be done and Lees brother was going to fix them and do a fill in. Because it would be cheaper he wanted to remove all of my other nails. I told him no and yet he continued to do what he wanted. After removing 2 nails and him moving to my thumb I told him again this is not what I wanted to do. I asked what I owed and then left. Just to let you know it does not feel great when you are trying to take a nail off that is well attached with another nail. This place is a joke and they know they are the only spot in town. I rather have no nails than go there.

A1 TV I went in with a picture of a design I wanted on my phone but after seeing that she couldn’t even file my nails down how I wanted them I just said forget about the design. So I just told her to do a clear coat she proceeded to do a pink looking clear coat which I did not want nor ask for. The lady filed off just about all of my cuticles and scribbled over all my nails with the drill thing.

Micheal My girlfriend went here today to have her nails done. The man who did them I wouldnt allow to do my dogs nails. This guy never trimmed her nails like he should have, also when showed by her were to cut the nails to the length she wanted he cut them way shorter than she wanted I gave its place the rating that I did but I wish there was a lower one because I would have given it. Also we were charged more than we were told I would and will in the future advise against any one ever going to this place for anything

Ashlyn Blount Salon was very disorganized with boxes of stuff piled high in every corner, old outdated dirty equipment. My nail tech was a man that looked like he was a mechanic in his spare time- had grease stains on his hands, cuts all over them, and broken, dirty nails. Got a fill in and he left cured acrylic powder all over my cuticles, the design I asked him for looked so bad that I asked him to take it off and just paint them all one color. Then the color he painted them was lumpy and the matte top coat wasn’t matte and he had to go back over them with a different top coat. Only plus side is that they were very friendly.

The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, and the salon itself was dirty and disorganized. Despite these red flags, I decided to go ahead with my appointment. As the nail technician worked on my nails, I couldnt help but notice that the quality of their work was subpar. My nails were uneven and the polish was applied poorly. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, I was charged much more than the original price I was quoted. It was clear that this nail shop had cheated me out of my money. Ive never felt rushed or had to deal with rude customer service. Molly always takes her time and makes sure my nails are exactly how I want them. I highly recommend EJ nails to anyone.
