mariah izmailova I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent nail appointment. I came in simply to have an acrylic refill with a new color — nothing complex or difficult. Instead, I left with nails that look absolutely awful. For nearly an hour and a half, the technician was cutting down my natural nails that I had grown out, even cutting two of them off without any explanation. She applied excessive acrylic, and my nails turned out bulky, uneven, and far from the shape I asked for. Despite expressing my preferences multiple times throughout the appointment, they were entirely disregarded. After this disappointing experience, the salon owner told me I didn’t have to pay, which speaks volumes about the service quality. I still tipped the technician $20 out of courtesy, but I left deeply unhappy with the result. If the technicians aren’t comfortable with certain services, it would be best if they’re reassigned to ensure a better customer experience. This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had.

I "Confirmed" an appt. with 1 technician. When I showed up, they told the technician she could not come in for my appt. I did not know that. So, I left. 4 - They push technicians who you DON"T want. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

AJ Hatton Took my kids in today and they loved it !! Place is super nice and clean and Jade is amazing and made the manicure for my girls such a fun time ! Everyone that worked there was very polite and was trying to make sure we had an amazing experience. Will for sure be back when the girls and I do Dad daughter dates again soon !

Natalie Wilson AMAZING!!! I called as a walk-in and they were very kind and said they were able to take me right away. I got the passion spa pedicure with Victor and he was very detailed even with my tiny nail beds and my feet have never felt softer. All the staff were friendly and you could tell they knew their clients very well! Will definitely be back.

Robert Statile I dont leave many reviews but if I could give 10 stars I would. Emmy was polite, friendly, with a warm playful joking and engaging manner. She took half of my toenail off that was DEAD for decades!! Cleaned it up and worked her magic!!! Lets just say my big toenails NEVER looked that good!!! I want her from now on !!! I only stopped because they were next door to Schwabs office, and boy am I glad I took a chance!! Hopefully she wont want to run away next time i come back.. Hahahaha!!! Emmy was awesome!!!!

Brittany Novak I’m a Naples native, which means that I was born and raised here. I have been to about 100 nail salons in Naples, Florida. This salon is by far the BEST one I’ve been to— they are consistent and I have recommended them to multiple friends who now only go to Lynn Nails. Finding a good nail salon is hard believe me on this lol. They take and honor appointments, they only hire the best nail techs, they’re clean and they’re talented. I came here for my wedding nails and they made sure my nails were absolutely PERFECTION before I left the establishment. They wouldn’t let me leave the salon until the owner approved of my wedding nails. I would consider myself an authority on good nails in Naples and I can assure you that you will not leave this place disappointed. I love Lynn Nails and you will too. Ps. Your gel nails will not peel and they will actually last for 3+ weeks. I got my nails done an entire week before my wedding because of how much I trust this place. Thank you Lynn nails for owning a place that you keep high standards for! You set yourself apart with these standards! BRAVO :)

Nicki Marino I Had a very pleasant experience at nail house in Naples, Florida. The owner Kibkea personally performed my deluxe, pedicure and manicure. In total, she spent two hours with me. The most attention to detail I have ever experienced when receiving nail services. Absolutely no discomfort. Kibkea displays a kind and gentle persona. She is also a licensed massage therapist. This is a small salon Conveniently located on Tamiami Trail across from HomeGoods. There is plenty of on site parking It is also handicapped accessible.

Jocelyn Piety Great place to get your nails done at a salon thats been here as long as I can remember and Ive been going there since I was a kid and its been my favorite since. The manager is the nicest and treats me kindly. Unlike other salons Ive been treated not too kindly due to I am wheelchair-bound and it will not fit under the table completely so a lot more than none have been very disrespectful to me over not being able to reach across the table as a person sitting in a normal chair would have been able to do! But this place Venus is awesome I get treated with nothing but mad respect and feel comfortable and my nails get done nicely the way that I wanted!

Debra Sunday Bon has been taking care of my nails for over a year now. Hes a great artist and can handle any design. I usually show him a couple of photos; sometimes, I ask him to mimic a photo, and other times, I ask Bon to do a little bit of this and a little bit of that from multiple images. He always gets it, and Bon ensures Im happy when I leave. The first two photos are of my recent visit. The last photo is a snapshot of the three photos I showed Bon—the nail shape and designs I wanted for this visit.

B Ivey I really like this nail salon. I love the family that owns the business. They are all very friendly and make you feel like a priority. By far they are the best nail salon I’ve been to in the Naples area. The salon is always clean and they aren’t afraid to try new designs and get creative with their own. They offer you beverages during your pedicure to enhance your experience. The only “downside” is the price. It’s super expensive and makes me miss NY nail salons. I usually end up paying around 75 for acrylic nails with a design. If I get a basic pedicure too it’s $110. My mom, teenage sister, and I went and together paid $370 for two pedicures and three sets of acrylic nails. Unfortunately, I just end up paying it every time because I haven’t found any place better.

Katelyn Hansen This is a late post but I thought I’d spread the love on this place because every time I’ve come here they’ve always taken amazing care of me and I’m NEVER disappointed with their services. It’s mostly a family run location too which I really like. Every crazy nail idea I’ve ever asked them to do they’ve been able to fulfill. Definitely worth coming to!

Brittany Lukosavich This is the second of four times getting my nails done and they have fallen off. The first time they correct my entire set as I lost all but three nails in 3 days. Since they were nice and corrected it I went again the nails were fine I went and got another fill and 4 days later I’m missing 4 nails again. Just popping off. Not being hit or anything. The amount of money I spent for my nails to last 4 days is absolutely ridiculous. I did get a pedicure too and she did an absolutely amazing job

Daphne Huntley this is the worse nails i’ve ever had. don’t come here. i asked for baby pink French tip with a black thin cross. i got neon pink and the ugliest cross he failed to fill in my acrylics.

Rita I Today was my first time coming here for a regular manicure and basic pedicure. Kelly was the nail tech who did both, she was very thorough from the moment she began trimming and dealing with my cuticles, she truly tried to do a good job with polish however I think that’s where this place might lack practice in. I truly appreciate her effort because it’s very hard to find a nail salon that tries to provide a good job. Usually most rush and don’t care about detail at all. Kelly took her time while doing my nails, but I’m very picky and like most people I care about every corner and like my polish to be even throughout all my nails. You can see what I mean in the photos I posted, again it’s nothing very noticeable which is why I didn’t fuss about it. However since the attention to detail in the polish wasn’t there is why I can’t give a better rating. The establishment is pretty big, a lot of tables and chairs. Clean restroom and a decent selection of nail polishes. They have regular nail polish (Essie) and some OPI options that they charge an extra $3 because they claim it’s a better product and will last longer. I opted for the opi simply because I found a color I enjoyed, only time will tell if indeed it might last a little longer but I do hope so! Prices are reasonable, you can do walk in or call to make an appointment. I suggest you pay in cash, you’ll get a small discount. They only accept tips in cash so be prepared.You check in by putting your phone number into their kiosk, they also have an ATM machine inside. Plenty of parking in the plaza, and they’re open Monday to Saturday. Oh and if you continue to come back, you’ll get a stamp card for any service over $35 after you fill your stamp card you’ll receive $30 off your next service. Pretty cool.

maria molinari I love this place so much! My friend recommended it to me and it is the best nail place I’ve ever been to. Jackie and the rest of the workers are always so nice and do a great job of doing my nails! I really really like this place since they are so neat, efficient and flexible! The prices are amazing as well! The guy that did my nails was a newer worker and he did them very well!

margaux dean I’m surprised by all the positive reviews. The past two times i’ve gone, they haven’t used primer on my gel nails. the first time i let it go, (but my nails only lasted a few days before they chipped). The second time I went in and had them fixed. I complained to one of the employees and he told me other employees don’t like primer because it’s too expensive. My nails chipped again after only a few days and i refuse to go back for them to fix. very disappointed.

Kelly Mahan The people at this place were incredibly rude. I had been camping for a month and knew my nails were a little bit rough. The guy told me it look like I hadn’t done my nails in 10 years. He further insulted me in several different ways. Then he didn’t talk to me for the rest of the time. The guy who did my pedicure painted my nails like a five-year-old. Honestly, he needs to learn to color within the lines. I have never left a review this bad in my life.

Christine Lamb I’m have been going to Tlc Nails for a very long time and have always had the best experience in their salon. All of the staff there are all very very good and wonderful. This salon has all of the latest equipment including nail dryers and also dryer for your toes. I highly recommend Tlc nails for your nails, pedicure needs.

Lori Giannotti As a NEW client, I went to the salon to get gel x and a pedicure. It was over 115.00! I wanted to add a 20% tip because that is what I budgeted for that day. The owner was curt when she responded that the standard was 22%. Honestly, I wasn’t prepared to pay more…. But I felt like I was bullied into Tipping more. The next time I came to this salon, to get similar services, I booked an appointment first thing in the morning at 1O am. It was 10:03 am and the owner was inside and SAW me and didn’t let me in! It was pretty hot outside, and no shade, but she let a paying customer like me stand outside! A few minutes later other customers showed up, but the owner had already left to go to the back after she saw me. A worker showed up a few minutes later and finally started pounding on the door! Another worker from the back, showed up to open the door 5 more minutes later. The owner headed back to the front, but she never addressed me until she acknowledged “her” regulars first….. she was chatting them up, while I stood there. I never went back. I gave the review 2 stars because my expensive nails looked nice. UPDATE to my recent review: In response to the owner of Paint: Honestly, a customer should not have anytime limit in which to write a review on crappy service, as it is done on MY time and not anyone else’s. The timing of my review does not excuse the owners unprofessional behavior! That I choose to try other nail salons, also, has nothing to do with the review. I stand by all of my statements on your unprofessional snotty behavior and sky high prices.

Brandon Jeffries (Making review on my husbands account…) By far one of the best manicures I have gotten. I loved how they turned out!! My nail tech was super sweet and very talented. I wanted a simple nail color and sheer and I got exactly that. Highly recommend!! I will be back :)
