1 /5 mariah izmailova: I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent nail appointment. I came in simply to have an acrylic refill with a new color — nothing complex or difficult. Instead, I left with nails that look absolutely awful. For nearly an hour and a half, the technician was cutting down my natural nails that I had grown out, even cutting two of them off without any explanation. She applied excessive acrylic, and my nails turned out bulky, uneven, and far from the shape I asked for. Despite expressing my preferences multiple times throughout the appointment, they were entirely disregarded. After this disappointing experience, the salon owner told me I didn’t have to pay, which speaks volumes about the service quality. I still tipped the technician $20 out of courtesy, but I left deeply unhappy with the result. If the technicians aren’t comfortable with certain services, it would be best if they’re reassigned to ensure a better customer experience. This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had.

I "Confirmed" an appt. with 1 technician. When I showed up, they told the technician she could not come in for my appt. I did not know that. So, I left. 4 - They push technicians who you DON"T want. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

5 /5 Jackie Bear1997: Beautiful nails! Idk whi did mine but I believe her name was francis? But today I walked in didnt even have an appointment and they took me right away! I love how you can pay them with venmo as well. I didnt have to wait forever to get my nails done like most places. Grewt expirence today Thank you to the owner for being so sweet (Im pretty sure shes the owner ) I think her name is Lien. She was really nice and friendly I was so surprised she took me right away! 5 /5 Nicholas: Nails & More is literally the best Nail Salon Spa in Naples. The only shop I will patronize. Pedicures are amazing, Manicures are amazing, Eye Brow Waxing is always incredible!! I always look & most importantly I Feel Great after my visits! My wife also gets her Nails here. She loves the Gel Nails & they always look great, she says they always do a Great Job & its super relaxing. I will not visit another shop. As a Man I feel very comfortable here. I love getting my Feet, Nails, and Eye Brows fixed here. Something for everyone! Theyre Modern Clean Hygienic always use new tools for every patron. Lee & Na are my favorites. Try them out for yourself. I am sure you will love them as much as I do. Update: remodeled and better than ever...
