I showed her my inspiration picture and how long I needed my nails to look good for since I had about 1 week of wedding events. She did 2 layers of dip powder to strengthen the base then a gel manicure on top. 3 weeks later, my manicure and pedicure still look perfect. I am so happy I chose her for my wedding nails. New star rating, pictures, and review 07/08/2024 I wasn’t able to go in this previous weekend to get them fixed (my scheduling issue, not theirs) but they got me in today with Jessie to correct the previous set. They were very communicative and apologetic and she did an AMAZING job with my new set. I was hesitant to give them another chance but I’m glad I did! That was very nice to offer me a chance to fix them at no cost. I really appreciate it and I will be making sure that all of my future sets are done by Jessie. She was so nice, efficient, and made sure my new set exceed my expectations. Thank you guys!!!! :) I’ve been going here for about a year and it used to be pretty decent but honestly this is the 3rd set I’ve been completely disappointed in and this sadly will be the last time I give them business. It’s a shame because the shop is beautiful but the work is just awful. I don’t think I ask for anything too extremely difficult so that’s what’s even more frustrating. I’ll post what I asked for vs what I got and you can judge for yourself. The length is different on every nail, the shape isn’t consistent at all, and I asked not to take off any length (been working on growing my nails out for a year) and now they’re stubby. I know everyone has off days but the last 3 sets have been such a flop and I’m over paying premium prices for mediocre work.

Kendra Fuentes Veronika has been doing my nails for about a year and a half now and she’s been amazing every time. Once you start getting Russian manicures you’ll never go back to regular ones! All the techs here do such great work and they have snacks and play movies while doing your nails, making it a great experience overall!

Jessica Lukas I’ve been seeing Veronika for about 5 months. I had previously done acrylic nails at another salon and was never fully happy with the outcome and my natural nails being damaged. A friend told me told me about the benefits of a Russian manicure and I saw Veronikas work on Instagram. I had questions before the initial visit and she was very quick to respond. I will never go anywhere else! The salon is beautiful, cozy, and clean. They provide thoughtful amenities like snacks, drinks, play movies, and even cute socks after your pedicure. She always does a meticulous job on my nails, she is very detailed and I always leave there so happy with the result. She is great at any type of design you can come up with. Several times I have shown her inspiration photos I’ve what I am wanting and I’m always amazed they turn out so beautiful!! I’ve never received so many compliments on my nails. The best part is they last 4+ weeks, which is longer than any other manicure I have had in the past. She is not only very friendly and sweet, but a true artist and you can tell she is very passionate about her work. My nails have never felt so nice, natural, and healthy! All of the other techs do beautiful work also. I highly recommend!!

Alex Hubler I absolutely love this place. Veronika is such a sweetheart and you will leave feeling more confident every time. I go to her about once a month for my nails and have been for about a year now. I can’t go any place else. My nails have never been stronger, longer, or healthier. I get so many compliments and although it is more expensive than most places, you get what you pay for. My nails have never looked better and they actually last so I only need them done once a month which works best with my schedule. You will not be disappointed!

Valerie Manning Veronika has been doing my nails for almost a year now and I love each manicure more than the last. The nail studio is very clean and quiet. She is very detail oriented and takes a lot of care in her work. Best nail studio I have found! My nails are healthy and strong and last 4 weeks with no breaking or chips!

Meimya Meimya Today was my first time at this salon. My nails and toes were done by MAKI. She did such beautiful amazing work on my hands and feet. I love coming here there is always top tier service and the final product of anything I’ve ever wanted to get or anything I’ve ever seen here is just stunning. They all go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable and happy. Update: okay so I got my nails done here again and Ive always struggled with keeping acrylic nails on when I get them done anywhere else. I work a lot with my hands and tend to be really rough on my nails and they normally break pretty quickly so I stopped getting them done until I found this place. I can not express how amazing they are all of their work is beautiful and I can’t say enough how wonderful the service is here and the nails ARE THE STURDIEST NAILS IVE EVER HAD!!!!! I’ve gotten my nails done here for while now and never have I ever had a nail break. I was in a really bad car accident a few weeks ago with one of my friends and when I was in the ambulance on the way to the hospital I noticed that none of my nails even lifted the slightest bit and I had them on for another week or two after as well without any of them breaking. Definitely would recommend this place I’ve never seen a better nail salon than this one!!!!!

I wanted a very natural look for my nails and while my picture not might do them justice, my nails turned out great. I did a dip polish with gel top coat and a basic pedicure with gel polish removal. The price range I chose was with tip. Pricing is reasonable and competitive. I’d go back again.

I got the Milk & Honey pedicure, and yes, it’s as good as it’s sounds! Andy has strong yet gentle hands & gave the most relaxing massage. And my feet are baby soft! Holly was delightful, hospitable, & attentive.

Misserielle Loved my experience here! I couldn’t have found a better place to come to while I visited from out of town. Fantom M It was my first time getting my nails done at this place, and I’m really happy with the result! Yes, its not cheap, but its definitely worth it. I loved that my nail technician simply asked me to trust her, and she did an amazing job. The only small issue was that I was charged an extra five dollars for the shape, even though it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that I’d have to pay beyond the base price. But that didn’t upset me; I think it was worth it.

Moka Frappe Kimmy absolutely slayed my nails! Ive been coming here for awhile now and everyone does an amazing job so you cant go wrong with anyone! I came in here last min unknowingly before they closed, which I feel horrible about, but Kimmy assured me it was okay and provided outstanding service and also happened to give me a beautiful/fresh gel x set. Nona I came in for the first time ever 2 days ago for a GelX full set. Everyone I spoke to was very kind. However during my service, I noticed the adhesive was applied very thick and unevenly which made my overall nail very thick. I expressed that I did not like it. The woman doing my nails kept saying she would fix it at the end but she carried on with painting and curing my nails anyway. She insisted it was the coats of paint making it thick but it wasn’t. I kept telling her for 30 minutes that it wasn’t the paint that bothered me, but the actual application of the gel x nails. However, she was continuing all the steps to finish the nails without going back to fix the nail application. Finally I told her to take them all off and I left. Now I was not going to write a review for this. I am writing review based on the pain I am still enduring 2 days later. During the nail preparation, she did not use any proper methods for removing my cuticles. She used several drill bits to dig into the skin around my nails. These drill bits were not sanitized in any way that I could tell. Even after pulling my hand away in pain and seeing visible cuts, she just pressed them with her bare hands, no cleaning of the wounds, and just kept going until all 10 of my fingers were cut, bleeding and sore. She kept applying acetone into the cuts and I was very much in pain and still am 2 days later. Pics attached are of my cuticles 2 days post service and with my own polish applied layer at home. I will say they offered to fix it and have someone else do it and they did apologize. However after 2 hours wasted there and the amount of pain I was in, I could not justify going through another nail service immediately after. The salon itself was very cute and very busy. You could tell they had many happy customers. I just wish it had worked for me.

Ranada Hughes I came in with my daughter today and location was completely empty. Two ladies were sitting at front desk on their phones. I came in on my last day in Tampa with my daughters to get two gel full sets, a pedicure and eyebrows. I walked in greeted the ladies, expressed what i wanted and they gave me a rude look and told me they dont have anyone to take care of us, yet they are open and no customers. I honestly feel like they treated us this way because we are black and this location is considered very upscale location which i chose because i wanted to experience the spa like environment they advertise. After telling me they were refusing to service us they went back to their cell phones as if were not standing there. Horrible customer service. I found another location inside the mall and told them about my experience and they told me customers come in all the time complaining about the lack of customer service given at temptation nails and spa and how they always turn people away and never want to provide the service. Why are they even open if they are not providing the service they advertise? I wish i could rate 0 stars.

Nita Smith Linda is so sweet and amazing at what she does. She makes your nails look delicate and feminine. She gives alot of attention to detail. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she executed it perfectly. I have NEVER had a salon put gloves on me to protect my hands from the UV light. So smart! Great mini massage after, too. $60 for builder gel and glitter detail on nails. She didnt charge me to fix one broken nail.

Tesa Jewell honestly, just not worth $100 for GEL x only… I didn’t get any other services done…… I ended up having to buy some black nail polish and fixing it myself. here is the info picture on Pinterest and then the photos of what they came out as. It’s upside down and it’s not even a heart. The gel x is good but like The base code is see-through and They should know to do more than one or two coats. The staff was really friendly though everyone was really nice. The environment was really nice. I just wish that nail tech would be honest when they don’t know how to do designs so that I could just pick something else… won’t be back sorry

MB Tried many salons in Tampa over the years. Some were okay, but never truly found a place that I was in love with, until now! Busch nails has been perfection! Richard is the most talented nail design artist around! My daughter likes to draw her own designs and he executes them so beautifully! And every nail artist Ive had has done such a great job. A Irby An amazing experience! We are visiting and were searching for a nail shop and found great reviews online for this place. Booking an appointment online was simple. When we arrived, the shop was bright and clean, we checked in at the kiosk and seated immediately. Our nails tech were kind and did a great job-and quickly! My tech removed my gel so quickly-which I appreciated. I got a classic pedicure with gel and my husband got a classic pedicure. They have a very diverse staff and offer waxing and lash services as well. While we were sitting, Bruce came over and introduced himself. He has such a personality! He was kind, funny and we even took a selfie. He offered us beverages as well. We checked out with Jimmy who was also kind. I would visit this place again without hesitation!

Blyss Bolger My friend and I decided to get our nails done spontaneously late in the evening 40 minutes from home and stumbled upon Awesome Nails. We called ahead and asked if we could come in for manis and pedis and they said “of course” despite the later hour. We arrive and Lana and Mai were the most kind and welcoming nail techs I have ever met! They both went above and beyond despite my severely damaged nails and both my and my friend’s nails looked wonderful when we left. We may live far away, but I am so glad we stumbled upon them! We’ve decided to try and make a lunch out of it every 3 weeks or so to go visit them and get our nails done. We will gladly make the trip to support such kind and talented individuals. Prices are reasonable too! Highly highly recommend!

Kayleigh Anderson This was my first time coming to this salon, I came in for an Acrylic Gel Fill. When i discussed with the nail tech what I wanted done (pink and white ombré) not once was I ever told that I would be paying for a full set rather than a fill. I wasn’t told until i was paying that I was going to be charged for a full set which was $75, if I had know that prior I wouldn’t have proceeded with the service. I went in there expecting a $45 fill. So I was completely in shock when i had 3 or 4 workers speaking to me at once at the front after I voiced my confusion of the price and questioned why I was being charged that. Very unprofessional and not understanding of my side of the situation at all. Once I left the salon I looked at my nails and I had acrylic stuck to almost all of my fingers (see in photos). None of my cuticle were clipped either. I paid $75 to walk out with my hands looking like that?? A week later one nail fell off and the grow out has left the nails peeling up on half of them. Will not be returning.

The owner made it a point to find the right combo of the gel powder that was used on my finger nails well. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! jessica perdue I love coming here! They have a complete different vibe than any nail salon Ive been to in the area, it feels super upscale and is always decorated super cute for the holidays. I usually walk in so Ive had many different technicians do my pedicures and have never had a bad experience (Ive also never been asked to wait)! They also have seemingly high expectations for patrons making noise so there is never anyone being disruptive which adds a lot to the environment.

Angelina H. First red flag, notice how the establishment refuses to respond to or acknowledge any negative reviews! I drove over 30 minutes to come here because of all the excellent reviews. Seems with my luck I didn’t get the best nail tech, I didn’t care for the gentleman that did my nails. A bit sloppy, left polish under my fingertips, couple small red marks along my cuticles but no running blood, I asked a couple questions and got no response. Asked for the express pedicure and pretty sure I was charged for the next higher priced one but who knows because the receipts aren’t itemized. Won’t be back.

Martina Ibrahim Came in for an appointment with jenny and showed her a picture i found online and she did absolutely amazing. she was so kind and sweet and made me feel very comfortable. and my nails turned out great i absolutely love them. the pricing was also great, definitely worth the price.

Francoise DeRose This place is amazing! I was on break doing my 30 minute walk and decided to pop in on a Friday afternoon. It literally took 15 minutes to do my color change on my toes! I got white, she didn’t have polish all over my skin, gave me suggestions, so I told her I will be back. The receptionist was also polite and kind. Classy nails isn’t over priced like the other salons❤️ 10/10 recommend. I love my toes

Katherine Tejeda I’ve been coming to Yen for years now, she’s a perfectionist at her job. The salon is always friendly and their customer service is top notch. If I’m not happy with something they always fix it if I let them know I don’t like it while they’re doing my nails or even after they finish doing my nails. They’ve even fixed a couple nails for me for free when I’ve been in between manicures.

Mika Stefos I am very sad to write this review as I really thought i had found my place. I went to have a routine gel mani/ pedi. My technician completed work. Two days later, I called bc the top layer of color had come off first coat.. strange. I came in to fix it.. she was less than thrilled to address. She removed the two failing nails and the dremeled the top layer of ALL nails.. weird. Repainted and walked away without a goodbye. One hour later, the entire nails were pealing. See photos.. I was very unpleased as I was traveling out of town. I went back to salon to address manager, requesting now a refund for the hand manicure. He refused. This is now with the credit card.

Vianhi Jenkins Tried this place for the first time and fell in love with the service and the staff. It was a great thing to find a place that didn’t completely butchered my cuticles. I had my old acrylics taken off and replaced with an overlay of my natural nail. They look amazing!!! I’ve found my new place. Definitely worth trying it out.

They offer many different services: full nail salon and the staff is very educated, hair salon, waxing , body contouring massages, facials, eyelash extension, makeup ! 10/10 I went in with a group of friends and each had different services we all left very satisfied!
