First, the salon practices were far from professional. The tools did not appear to be sanitized between clients, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the salon left much to be desired. There was hair scattered on the floor and stations seemed cluttered and disorganized.
When it came to the actual service, I was quite taken aback by Meganās poor customer service skills. She did not greet me warmly or make any effort to make me feel comfortable during my visit. Throughout the appointment, she seemed disinterested and did not engage in any conversation to understand my preferences or to ensure I was satisfied with the service. Furthermore, her handshake at the beginning of the session was weak and unprofessional, which did not inspire confidence.
Overall, my experience at W Salon Suites was not up to the standard I expected, largely due to Megan Saundersā lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I hope the salon takes steps to address these issues to improve the experience for future clients.
