1 /5 Jessica Lutzker: I would not recommend this salon!! There was a problem with communication and I explained I wanted partial highlights, and I did say that I wanted it to look natural and just on the top. I checked with the stylist when I felt she was doing too many foils and she confirmed it was only partial highlights. I have spoken to many people since this happened, and everyone has confirmed that what was done was dying half my hair and not partial highlights. It looks terrible. They did offer to try and fix it for free, but I do not have any trust it will be corrected in the way I ask. Now I need to spend a significant amount of money to get it fixed by a trusted stylist and Level Posh refused to refund me for the partial highlight service. They have made it sound like it was my fault. I have never had this problem, I have never had to find and show a picture of what I wanted. I have made sure to never have so much of my hair dyed because I did not want it damaged, now I have to have it dyed again in an attempt to restore my natural color. The color was correct, my request for partial highlights on the top that looked natural was not. Half my hair was dyed.
