5 /5 Isaac Gutierrez: I visited Victory Outreach Bakersfield Campus for the first time about one-year ago; I have several good things to mention. To start, the regulars and staff are good people; they made me feel welcomed despite me also being an out-of-towner. Also to note, I believe they serve good food for free; one of the best Churches Ive visited so far. In conclusion, I definitely plan on visiting again once Im back in Bakersfield, assuming if its still relatively the same with the same folks when I went.

1 /5 Gwen Mcknight: I attended Victory Outreach for the first time on 2/6/22. My daughter took her 7 yr old son to the childrens church to sign him in. She waited with her son almost 30 minutes before someone acknowledged her presence and instructed her in the sign in process. There were no lines, she was just made to wait The rest of my family and I went into the main sanctuary.. No one bothered to welcome us as a first time visitor, there were no smiles or hellos.We got a lot of stares as if we shouldnt be there. I began to feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed. My daughter came in and told me her experience and I decided to leave and go visit another church. There was one woman out of many in the congregation who was walking up to the church, she spoke and then asked if we were leaving? Now that I reflect on this experience, my family and I were the only African Americans in the building. So much for brotherly love at that church! Wow unto you if you are different from the majority in any way.Jesus accepted all and turned none away.
