1 /5 Lara Batchelder: The deacons did NOT keep their word.
I was to be given an assembled shed and, unpacking assistance.
However, an unassembled shed remains in my yard and, I’d of NO use.
A check for medications, from the vet, to someone homebound, is of no use.
As of now, little progress has been made.
In October, 2022, Pastor Jeff stated that he would contact me in about two weeks. I followed up two more times but, he did NOT respond.
I have an unassembled shed with no warranty. Im physically disabled.
I was given a fan but, I had already searched online for a couple hours for the one liked much better.
I placed a request to Deacon H, for a dog ramp, who, apparently, never submitted it nor, got back to me about it.
The same Deacon H dropped off a check, for pet meds, to some who is nearly homebound, with a non-operational car which, I informed her of. The check was not deposited. I purchased vet meds, with my own money, to be delivered. My service animal / dog was very sick. The cost of the prescriptions at the vet had increased in price by the time the deacons check arrived at my vets office for a past exam.
My relationship with my vet was damaged in the deacons miscommunication and, slow mailing of payment.
Deacon J offered to contact someone on my behalf but, never did.
Deacon J stayed that she would go pick the service animal medication but, never did nor, inform me that she was not doing so.
Both deacons were aware I needed labor to unpack but, never stayed how to bill.
At this point, First Pres, specifically Pastor Jeff, has made a a conscience decision of omission in fulfilling the deacons commitment to me.
