1 /5 sindy Torres: I bought the Spoil her package for my mother in laws birthday. We paid 149ea for 3 of us girls. It included:
Hot Stone Massage (30 min), Soothing Hot Towel Treatment
Relaxing Shampoo
Deep Conditioning, & Shine Treatment
Blow dry & Hair Style
Spa Pedicure , Aroma foot soak, Cuticle and Callus treatment, Stress Relieving Leg and Foot Massage
The Hot stone massage was good and the lady was super nice. Other than that, it was a bad experience. The “relaxing” shampoo was horrible, the lady was super rough and careless. We DID NOT get the Deep Conditioning and Shine treatment because the lady doing our hair said she didn’t have time, and no one informed her we had long hair. The hair style was super armature and the lady continuously pulled out hair and was using a regular brush to blow dry which she dug into our scalp. The lady doing our nails was very nice, but they shouldn’t call it a Spa pedicure. They literally put our feet in a plastic bin at the bottom of the nail station and painted our toes on her lap. I asked for Gel nails and she said she didn’t do them on toes. We DID NOT get an Aroma foot soak NOR stress releasing leg and foot massage. The services DID NOT sum up to 150. I was so disappointed because it was a gift and they wrongfully advertised and priced it as if it was a luxurious spa day!!!!! I wish i would have said something there but my mother in law and sister in law were with me and i was so emberradef and didn’t want to make a scene in front of them or refuse to pay the total infront of them!
