She took my nerves into account and cut what I was comfortable with, explaining what and more importantly, WHY she was doing what she was doing. I was THRILLED with my cut. When I went back the second time, 3 months later, I let her loose and told her to cut it how she wanted - it was Fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend Headquarters! - Im editing to add that after leaving CA and having two other stylist cut my curls with disappointing results, I sincerely wish I could fly back to have Kim cut my hair.
