Joy Humphrey Dr. Blankenship is efficient but also takes the time to listen. I never feel rushed. She answers all my questions and gives me all the information I need. Her demeanor is friendly, professional, empathetic, and she has a good sense of humor.

Kristin Esperson Doctor Ngo did an awesome job on my surgery. The pain in my abdominal area, is almost gone after my accident. The swelling went down right away. Awesome job from my entire surgical team! Thank you so much!

Erica Rettig Im shocked that Dr. Kono has such poor reviews. Shes one of the most kind and caring doctors Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. She always takes what I say seriously and is not hesitant to order bloodwork or tests to be sure everything is ok. During an appointment, I mentioned to her what I thought was a minor secondary complaint unrelated to the visit, and she ordered bloodwork just to be sure. The bloodwork showed that I have a serious disease and without her intervention, I might very well have died. No joke, I owe her my life.

Amanda Weakland Sadly because of my current living situation I feel as if my visit could have gone better seeing as how I overheard my very own dr saying they should put my things in a grocery cart when the nurse was trying to figure out a location for the bags. Mind you I didn’t know if I was going to have to stay the night so one bag was clothes one bag was snacks and the other was my every day backpack with things I need and things to entertain me if the need to stay happened. Yes they were not the cleanest but comments like that in the healthCARE profession are not even ok. My position in life is not who I am but a product of a series of unfortunate events one right after another and I’m just doing my best to try and survive but I’m not gonna bore you with the details. In any case I was not very satisfied with my visit to say the least

Yifang Ren Got surprised bill of over $1500 for an ultrasound! Previous Communications Ignored: Prior to the appointment, I made two phone calls to your facility and sent detailed emails to my physician, explicitly stating that based on my dense breast tissue and previous ultrasound outcomes, further mammograms were unnecessary and ineffective for my condition. I also expressed a desire to avoid unnecessary radiation exposure. But they insist to let you do the mammograms for a surprised bill of over $1100! The ultrasound itself is only $400. They racked their brains to make you pay more!! Lack of Transparency and Consent: At no point was I informed about the additional digital screening procedure nor its associated costs. I have already sent multiple messages over the past few days with no response from your team. It seems that these replies are more focused on managing public perception rather than genuinely resolving issues.

Sherry Hull We have always had a good experience at Sutter Davis Lab. First of all, I dont think anyone LIKES having their blood drawn. With that said they do make it a much better experience. My family and I have been going here for years. I have to say, theyve never missed and always get the vein the first time. Everyone is pleasant and kind. If youre scared, like one of my kids, theyre good at getting the job done without too much trauma or drama. It was amazing how they handled her fears.
