5 /5 Cora Baker: I’ve been going to Tom’s for years now, and they deliver every time. I trust them to get the job done when they say they will, and be honest about the work needed.
The office is down to earth and really care about what they’re doing. Victor treats everyone like a good old friend from day one! Their new employee (I think named Jason?) is continuing with the same energy, and was so kind.
The waiting area is nice and comfy.
Prices are good. I enjoy their rewards program and online portal to keep track of my car maintenance.
I got a pre-road-trip inspection yesterday with my oil change and they’re clear about what’s essential, what can wait, and the simple things they did for free. They also gave me quotes and how to save the most money.
Lastly as a woman, other shops have tried talking down at me, lie about the work needed to money-grab, but thankfully since I’ve been going to Tom’s I’ve never had to deal with that crap again.
