I recently moved 20 minutes away from their shop and I still go there. Its hard to find a solid honest mechanic!!!

Straightforward: called in for an appointment, and was able to bring in my vehicle same week for service. 24-hours later after drop-off, my 1997 Toyota 4Runner is running smooth and no longer has a clunking sound going off at 65mph! Ken Prince What an amazing shop! Have taken my 997.2 Porsche 911 here for a short shifter install and my 2020 Audi A6 Allroad for a performance sway bar upgrade. The folks here give a fair and honest quote with no gotchas and both repairs were performed with no issues.

Mike Dondero I had my car repaired at a AAA facility in Nevada while travelling. That began a 6 month fuel problem nightmare. After returning to LB, I took the car to Don and Harolds. They dove into the problem, one which they had never encountered. After 3 trips they fixed the problem (fuel tank damaged during Nevada repair). This repair took so long because we needed the car to travel to help family members in need. At every step of the way everyone was very gracious, professional, and courteous. They were not going to quit until they solved the problem. Angelo, the mechanic who worked on the car, finally spotted the problem. The Nevada shop had removed the check valve in the gas tank allowing the gas to flow back out the fill tube! This valve is built into the tank so I needed a new tank. Gas tanks are on back order with Chevy so once again Don and Harolds came through, searched for and located a used tank. They went above and beyond my expectations. The most amazing part is the cost. They spent countless hours researching and repairing and in the end I feel they undercharged me! Don told me the customer comes first and service is paramount. You will not go wrong here, I would give them 100 stars!

W G Gave Joes Auto Center my first try recently and found a friendly, attentive and knowledgeable team there. Like all reputable mechanics, Joes AC charges a diagnostic fee that is applied toward any repairs to be done. My situation was one where any mechanic could have taken advantage of me and charged for unnecessary work, but Joes AC didnt; they saved me A LOT of money. I trusted them enough to return the following week to request a full brake job (which I knew was needed).They did excellent, thorough work, and went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased and confident in choosing them. I highly recommend Joes Auto Center.

His knowledge was impeccable, and he approached every task with professionalism. He arrived on time, which is always appreciated. The pricing was extremely fair—he provided me with the exact diagnosis as the dealership but at half the price! His work was top-notch, meeting dealership standards, which speaks volumes about his competence. I felt completely comfortable with his honesty and integrity, a quality that’s often hard to find. This is especially important for women who might feel vulnerable in these situations and could easily be taken advantage of.
