Toni Toni Miss Mai is so nice and friendly and she really feels like a friend. I have had issues with comfort while getting my nails done but Mai is extremely personable and considerate. The silk nails are really lovely too and Id recommend them for anyone who gets gels on a regular schedule. Shes also been very open to talking things out when Im not sure what I want and I always come out happy!

Stephanie Hambright I really liked how my nails came out, and the service I got while I was there. This was honestly the best nail set I’ve gotten when it comes to lift and how long they lasted. I’ve had these for almost a month now and there’s no lifting on any of them.

Tina and all of the nail techs are top notch at this no frills unfancy but clean neighborhood nail salon. Bring your headphones and enjoy your extremely fair priced quality services. Best to make an appointment bc this is a local gem but sometimes you luck out on a last min call or walk in.

Wailani Sung Second time going to BT Nails and Spa and I am really happy with the results. I had the dip powder manicure and gel pedicure and everything came out perfect. I even tried the nail designs since I saw the pictures on their website. My manicurist Van came up with a pretty design for me right on the spot. Definitely going back.

Sabrina Zenad Very clean and new place. I came on a weekday and the service was very quick. They had plenty of colors to choose from. I just got a pedicure and eyebrows done. They also had threading, eyelash extension, and bridal makeup.

Vanessa Sheldon I am torn. I like how they did my nails but the place was over booked and crowded. I spent 2 hours there and was bounced around between 3 people. Then, it took the 3rd person who finished my nails to get the shape right. In the end, another customer, who seen me earlier was shocked to see that I was still there by the time she sat down for her appointment. They tried to make it up by giving me a discount on my nails and giving me a free hand and arm massage. All in all, I appreciate them trying to make it up but the experience left me questioning if Ill be back.

Maya Kulkarni I love this place! My nails are always immaculate and my gel manicure lasts at least 3 weeks, sometimes close to 5! They are able to do simple nail art which is fun. The staff here are friendly and efficient. I really appreciate that they provide these gloves for you to wear when you put your hands under the UV light to cure — helps prevent UV skin damage.
