Their prices are very reasonable, as well. A definite plus, their waiting room is comfortable and well-stocked with snacks! Ive not been disappointed with service from Thrive. I highly recommend them.

5 /5 Vicente Herrera: I had a great experience with Thrive Automotive. They quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with the SRS light on my 03 Odyssey. The initial scan was completely free, which I really appreciated. After the repair, they gave me a 36,000-mile warranty on the service, which gives me peace of mind even though I’m hoping I won’t need it. Their waiting room was honestly one of the nicest I’ve seen at a mechanic; clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Only minor letdown was not getting to meet any of the dogs featured on their flyer.

I know when I interacted with them initially I felt like I was a little short in my answers because I was with a client and I might have come off as rude. It had zero impact on how wonderfully they treated me. Then my father grilled them on the services they were providing and they were patient and answered every question he had and taught me a fair amount about my car in the process. I had another minor repair I needed. I have a seal that degraded and they were really great. They told me to remind them when I came in for an oil change and they would let me know if a body shop would be cheaper or if it’s something they can do fairly easily. I work with people with cognitive disabilities and we help than untangle things when businesses take advantage of things. I would feel comfortable recommending these guys to my clients.

5 /5 Ashley Cullum: I have use Thrive three times recently for various services. I have had a great and easy experience every time. I appreciate the transparent pricing, they don’t force you into extra costs. I especially like the payment portal that goes straight to my phone, it also has every detail of what was done and found for reference. I like that I can pay and have someone else pick up while I’m working without having to worry about it. They have been very friendly and helpful every time. 10/10 recommend.

5 /5 Andor Daroczy: I went in for an oil change. It was my first time there. Everyone was friendly and very efficient. Nolan (the mechanic) pointed out and explained everything he checked on my car and didnt try to sell me anything. I asked him about a minor problem with the lower valance, while the car was still up on the lift. He said: I can fix that for you and he did. So, I got a synthetic oil change and a minor body fix for $29.97 They also have a very comfortable waiting room. The entire experience was exceptional. I will definitely go back to Thrive Automotive on Churn Creek.
