1 /5 Jeromy & Wendy Collins: I had an appointment set for 4-5 weeks out, the day before I was supposed to get off work early to go to my appointment , I received a call saying that the doctor was cancelling because he had a new appointment at the hospital. Fine, I understand, emergencies happen. But when I asked when I could get another appointment, the woman said 5 weeks out! I commented, so I go to the back of the line essentially? She quickly said, yes. I said no thank you. In my respectful opinion, this is a careless way of conducting business.

1 /5 Sheila Borgman: The one star is for Dr Seftel’s NURSE. She was incredibly rude and belittling. After waiting almost 20 minutes for the doctor, I told his nurse I had to leave because I had another appointment coming up. She looked at her watch and was not impressed by the amount of time I’d been waiting. Instead she said, “You should plan more time between appointments.” ????!! I had allotted a 1/2 hour to be at their office, and most of that was eaten up by sitting around. At the rate we were going I would have had a 5-minute appt, or no appt at all. His nurse continued to time-shame me as if I should know and accept that he always runs behind. She had the gall to say “if you don’t want to wait, schedule at 9am or 2pm.” I had scheduled at 9:15, and they were already behind. Bottom line: She made it sound like it was my fault that I couldn’t wait anymore, which is unbelievable! The front desk staff was lovely and apologetic. Dr. Seftel is pleasant and knowledgeable (but runs late). His nurse was awful to me, and I hope Dr. Seftel reads this because he should know.

5 /5 J Shelton: Dr. Seftel is amazing and has been straight up with me thru this process of cancer. He has gotten all my appointments moved up to next day when they were weeks out. He is very straight forward and compassionate. Im very lucky to have him on my side right now as I go through this very unfortunate situation. Thank you Dr. Seftel Sincerely W. Shelton

1 /5 Taylor Demarest: Dr. Marc Seftel is a hearing aid saleman and not interested in helping his "patients". Very Poor bedside manner and failed to let me know there was potential treatment options available which were time sensitive like prednisone so that he could try and sell me hearing aids. More than a bad Doctor he is also a bad human being. The biggest mistake I ever made was not going to a real ENT and instead seeing Dr. Seftel who cares more about money than his patients health.

1 /5 Reema S: Iam really taken aback by the policy which was never mentioned to me while I made an appointment. I had to travel for a family emergency the clinic never called me or reminded me about my appointment and conveniently wants to charge me 50$ this is stupid.
